A New Cozy & Beautiful Studio Home

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This quiet suite is within 3 miles of medical center, VAMC, UHMC and St. Mary's University. It is within 10 miles of the River Walk, UTSA, Joint Base Lackland Air Force Base and USAA.
The space
You will enjoy the queen bed, spacious private bath, ample closet/storage space, comfortable chairs, full sized fridge, nicely equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and desk. The privately controlled mini-split HVAC and black-out curtains help ensure the environment is always to your preference. Laundry facilities are 1 mile away.
Guest access
Private parking is only a few steps from your well-lit, private entrance. The 500+ square feet of your personal unit gives you room to spread out and relax.
Other things to note
Pets up to 20 lbs are welcome with proof of vaccination. $250 pet deposit is partially refundable.

50th Anniversary
This was a great one room with a bathroom place to stay. We enjoyed celebrating our anniversary there. It had good access to get to the city, but was in a quiet upscale neighborhood. It had a sink, coffee pot, microwave, and complete dishes and utensils. There was even snacks, coffee, and also water bottles in the fridge. The little patio in back was a nice place to enjoy the outdoors. We parked on a drive right by the door. It included internet access and a cable TV that was fun to watch. Even a dishwasher if you eat there often. The host communicated well and helped with a couple questions we had. Great place to stay in San Antonio!

Nice Room
It is often hard to get a clear understanding from pictures, so I wasn't aware this is just one large room, think, studio apartment with a bath. That being said, I did enjoy my stay. The beds were comfortable, the place was immaculate, and honestly, the bathroom was much bigger and nicer than my own. Though there is no stove to cook on, that wasn't a problem, as the microwave met our needs just fine. I was very appreciative of the full size refrigerator and freezer. There is no washer/dryer, but again, that wasn't a necessity on this short trip. The location was perfect as was the delightful neighborhood. Everywhere we went was no more than 20 mins away. This is not a stand alone building, rather a studio attached to a residence. I have to say though, we were given complete privacy. All in all, I would recommend this to a couple, a family with small children, or a small group of ladies looking for some gal time. All in all, I would definitely recommend this rental and will be delighted to stay there again.

This was a business trip for me. I work at University Hospital occasionally & this turned out to be perfect in location. The neighborhood was quiet & clean. The property is clean & updated. I did not cook there but the owners have everything you need to cook small meals. The bathrooms & kitchen have all the amenities. I will book here again.

Overall very happy with the property. Only thing was the bathroom had a door that connected to the main house and you could hear everything on the other side of the door. (TV, talking, etc) That would be fine except it made you keenly aware of the fact that it meant whoever was there could also hear YOU...in the bathroom. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay. Host was easy to contact and kind. Place was very clean, other than a bath rug that had not been washed. Trash can was very small but main garbage can was easy to access outside

Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to everything I needed. Room was clean, well furnished, even had a small outside private porch area. Owners lived next to room, very kind. I mentioned not being able to sleep in the quiet and I cam home to a fan waiting by the door. I definitely recommend!!
