Cabanes dans les arbres à Samosir

« Not yet at the level of a 5 star hotel. Many things could be improved: reception, rooms, service. The rooms are in particular quite small and more like a 3 star hotel. The overall layout is a bit weird and not well optimised. It’s a pity, keeping in mind the wonderful location of the hotel. Totally overpriced. For the same price, I could have a wonderful resort in Bali and exceptional service. »

« Toute est vraiment parfait, l emplacement au bord du lac, le calme, les services, n hesitez pas. »

« Was unable to sleep due to villa being so close to main road, was not helped by having window panels missing. No pool, no English tv stations, no WiFi. Location so remote needed to hire motor bike every day »

« Super »

« It’s a worst hotel I ever visited »

« Amazing crew and owner is very friendly. Foods are delicious »

« Kamar bersih. Excellent view »

« Wonderful place with so many activities included. Differents type of rooms, staff very welcoming, good good. It's really worth it! »

« Very basic, sheets were a little stained and ripped. WIFI didnt work, cups in the room but no kettle just a hot water butt on the landing. OK location and could access the lake in a small area outside the hotel. Staff had no interest in helping, didnt even tell us WIF8 password (not that we could use it) or breakfast times. someone did knock »

« AWFUL PLACE TO STAY....EXPENSIVE FOR NO REASON. BREAKFAST WAS LIMITED, THE STAFF WAS RUDE, THE ROOM HAS COAKROACH, SOME INSECT, BATHROOM WAS SMELLY »
