The entire house and backyard are yours and there are no shared spaces.
Other things to note
Please be respectful of our neighbors. Absolutely no parties. No noise or loud conversation outside after dark. We do have an outside noise monitor device which does not record, but will notify us if things get a little too rowdy.
Property Waiver is required prior to entry along with insurance purchase.
Initial supplies provided for you, please replenish as needed for the duration of your stay.
For stay longer than 10 days, there will be a separate agreement prior to the start of your stay. A deep cleaning fee is required.
