I was so happy to read we had a great place for your to stay while attending your conference in Salt Lake City. I am sorry that the TRAX line was under repair during your stay. They are replacing some of the line downtown to improve service and should be done by the first week of June.

good location
I stayed at my place for 3 nights and everything in the room was working good. the shower had good pressor and the room was very clean. a big flat screen t.v. with cable. air conditionning working very good. the store in the hotel has a lot of choices of snacks and drinks and the prices are very good. the lady who works the night shift is very sweet. she is of Polynesia. I dont remember her name. the internet works very good at the front desk. the coffee is very good and hot.

Stayed at a few my place hotels and this was the newest one so far. Very updated and room was very clean. They have you put down a deposit which I’m never a fan of but there are worse things. Construction all around the property but no noise.

I received a call from the front desk at 12am asking me to verify who I was as they had no record of who was in room 313. How there was no record and the fact that they felt it was acceptable to call that late while we wear sleeping blows my mind!

The fridge in the room didn’t keep any of our items cold. That was very disappointing had to spend money on cold drinks that we weren’t planning on. Hopefully they get the fridge looked at. Also no ice machines in the hotel. The fridge has ice maker but doesn’t make ice very fast

On our first day, the bedsheets and pillowcase don't smell fresh. Like, It’s been used already. We were super tired that night, so I didn’t go to the front desk. The next day, I asked them to change it. When I came back, it felt clean and smelled better.

Everything went pretty well! The only downsides were the room smelled of cigarette smoke, it was a little loud, and they wouldn’t problem solve with me for a late checkout past 11:30AM.

A super bizarre property with and identity crisis. Rooms are good sized and well laid out but for example it has a full kitchen and huge fridge but not a single plate, glass or Utensil so the only way to cook would be to bring all your own dishes, glasses and cookware. Huge fridge was very loud. Had to turn on A/C to drown out sound of fridge.

Our hotel does not require us to provide cooking utensils or eating utensils, these items must be brought in by the guest themselves or they can also purchase them in our My Store located next to the front desk.

The surrounding area is being developed. But the price is very good and the hotel is new. Unfortunately, my room smelled of cat urine.

It was very clean and well kept. Construction was going on while we were here but didn’t bother us. The free breakfast was not actually free you had to order room service but other than that it was very nice!

This place did the job perfectly well at an affordable price. It’s not high end but it’s fairly new, clean, adequately equipped and good value at its price point. It’s right next to Decker Lake TRAX station which makes getting into the City Centre easy. I’d stay again.

The room was good, bed were comfortable and price was right! The issue was more that we arrived late as we were traveling just needed somewhere to get a good couple hour of rest before back on the road. They lock the front door and the attended looked right at us and continued to just mosey around until I yelled please let us in! there is construction nearby currently so the rod in is also fairy rough right now. The last thing was they charged my card, not the typical incidental hold, $100.00 for incidentals and when I asked for proof of refund upon checkout, I hey said they would email that and have not. They said they can't do the refund until after 11 am and it should reflect back to my account in several days. Probably would choose a different option next time considering this is located in the same lot as about 3 other hotels.

Thank you for your feedback, each hotel has its own policy when it comes to deposits and posting the deposits. So some hotels will just put a hold while others will post the deposit. We understand your frustration that you experienced, however our employees are trained to not open the door for people unless they pick up the phone and confirm they have a reservation with us, this is a safety procedure we take to ensure the safety of employees and guests.

We had a nice stay overall. Staff was extremely nice and patient. There was only one front desk both afternoons checking people in so the check in lines were quite long and the poor staff did such a wonderful job getting through everyone in a timely manner. There was quite a bit of loitering behind the hotel where we ended up parking and a few people reaching into the cigarette disposers to grab cigarette butts just in front of the hotel as you walked in. Inside the facility was exactly as advertised, nice and clean. Even with construction of multiple buildings next to it, it was very quiet inside the rooms.

The hotel was not that great, they ran out of coffee 😐 and no really amenity. Also you get there ans there another 100 00 charge they had to do !! To get the room..lucky i got it back. 10 days later

The 100 charge is the deposit that we require, for incidentals, this is refunded back to you once you check out, as long as everything is fine with the room.
