The staff made our experience pleasurable in the parking lot the asphalt was in bad condition but enough parking for all. My husband and I will most definitely return to this hotel when we visit again

A bit noisy late into the night. Bed was really uncomfortable but the place was very clean. Staff were all super friendly and customer service orientated. I would stay again.

The front desk was extremely friendly. We were upgraded at no additional cost. Unfortunately the room is a bit run down. The refrigerator looks outdated and unclean. The room needs a better cleaning.

Place was average, staff was kind, brought batteries to room, looked at the microwave. Room was good sized, downfall the microwave didn’t work, remote control didn’t change channels, and no screen in the window. The property definitely needed sprayed for spiders and the parking lot needed cleaned up. Stayed in better also in worse.

Dirty, smelly hotel. Broken door handles, cabinetry, smoke alarm and old, out-dated appliances. Dogs barking all night and horrible smell in halls. My counter top was not clean and the drawer cover for one drawer was broken off and placed under the sink. The smoke alarm was un-hooked and hanging from the ceiling above my bed. I sat in the office chair and almost fell backwards off the chair as the locking hinge was broken and the chair wouldn’t lock in place upright. My co-worker also found cockroaches in her room. (Disgusting)

Awesome location, close to 210 to go into the canyon. Convenience in having restaurants around along with a Super Target across the street. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean when I arrived. Had a room with a very large L-desk which is something I didn't know I needed. Full size fridge and little stove top were nice additions as I didn't plan on eating out much. I plan on coming back for future ski trips!

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. I loved the full fridge, big TV, comfy bed, and great water pressure! I also loved saving so much money that I didn’t miss a free breakfast or ice machine. They have ice trays in freezer, which is more convenient.

Bedroom; fine- bed was clean Main living; pull out couch looked super dirty and was falling apart. Floors didn't look vacuumed/swept. Didn't use the kitchen but the kitchen sink was dirty and and had food bits leftover. Bathroom; NEEDS A SCRUB Overall we had been driving for 10 hours and lots of places were booked up. So for sleeping and leaving in the am it was fine. At least bed was clean. Wouldn't stay again tho.

I have been on this hotel for 1 week, I have not received a single room service. No towels, no water for couple days …side doors don’t work… terrible front desk people ..
