Everything looked great until we've finally gotten in beds - pillows were the kind a single guy sleeps on for 25 years without washing, all clumpy and insufferable. Walls are very thin and our room was between the gym active in all hours and the loudest snorer I've ever heard in my life. Breakfast was trash too . Definitely going with Hamptons next time.

Clean and quiet. Towels were super soft! Only complaints: shower head not adjustable, bathroom lights a pretty dim for makeup application and sheets were a little rough especially compared to the super soft towels!! Those are minor issues, overall this is a great place to stay. I slept well.

Extremely poor customer service. There was a sigh that stated that the room would be cleaned every night unless otherwise requested. I had to repeatedly request a room cleaning, they failed to do so. I stayed 4 nights and they only cleaned my room on the last night. I asked the front desk to speak to the manager 3 different times. they were not allowed to give their contact info. could only take messages and said they would contact me. they never did. I will not be choosing La Quinta hotels anymore

Check-in process was simple and easy. Over facility looked nice and clean. However, we smelled a cigarette smell inside as we walked into the room, which I reported to the receptionist. He told me that he was going to check into it, but didn’t changed our room nor tried to remedy the smell. We stayed overnight without further complaints since we were just stoping by on our travel. On the positive note, the breakfast was good.

We do have a no-smoking policy and enforce that with a fee. This will be followed up with our housekeeping team to ensure that this is addressed prior to placing the room ready to rent. We'll also discuss this situation with our Front Desk team so that if a guest reports the smell of smoke they're offering to move the guest to another room; we'd definitely rather have our guests be comfortable through their stay with us. It is great to read that you did enjoy your overall stay and that our breakfast offering was to your liking. The pillows are feather and offer no support. I liked the number of pillows, had they been foam, the stay would have been near perfect. Saturday the continental breakfast was overran and messy, opposite of the appearance on Friday when we ate breakfast.

The property was hard to find and the room I was given was not supposed to be rented out. The bed cover and carpet had a few stains and the bathroom light did not work properly. The shower sprayed outside the bathtub so water got all over.

The elevator wasn't working, so we had to climb up to the4th floor with our luggage and then up and down agsin for dinner and one more time to get batteries for our remote...which didnt fix the problem with the tv anyway.

Please know that we take these types of situations very seriously and once reported we immediately reach out to our elevator technicians and have them come out to repair the elevators asap. We definitely understand what a huge inconvenience it can be to have to take the stairs and will talk with our team to do everything possible to avoid assigning our guests to the 4th floor when/if we're experiencing elevator issues. Not worth it.
Was not the worth the $300 I spent. Found dirty washcloths and towels in our room. Did not have proper toiletries to accommodate guest. Front desk was rude and of no help.
