I SUPPOSED TO GET BREAKFAST INCLUDED WITH 3 NIGHTS STAY AT THIS HOTEL, I HAVE SCREENSHOT IT IN MY PHONE AND SHOW IT TO THE STAFFS THERE, EVEN THE MANAGER SAID THAT THERE IS NOTHING THAT SHE CAN DO, SHE WILL HAVE THE IT TO ASK EXPEDIA AND FIX IT. SO I DON'T GET ANYTHING EVEN I BOUGHT THE HOTEL NIGHTS WITH BREAKFAST INCLUDED.

Beautiful view from our corner room and room was immaculate. Only complaint - the terrible directions to the parking. why are there no signs for the hotel until you get deep into the lot? we weren't sure we were at the right place. then we tote all our luggage to the elevators to see they are closed and we need to go to another elevator. The worst problem - on our last day the key wouldn't work and we couldn't get the barricade to let us out. My husband went back to the desk and no one knew what we needed to do -- really???? It was an extra 25 minutes to get out of the parking garage. Please have better instructions than a 3 by 4 inch diagram and put some signs in the garage. For what you charge that doesn't seem to be asking much.

I booked a room online, a king suite with a queen pullout bed for a high rate. Upon arrival to the facility they told me such a room doesn’t exist. Then said I had to take a double queen room instead. Never credited me the charge for the more expensive room. The roads are trash around the hotel massive construction going on downtown.

I liked everything about the property and its location, but what really stuck out to me was how friendly and helpful the staff was. Dealt with couple front desk people and one of the managers and they just made it a great experience. This is the only review like this I’ve ever written if that tells you something. I will definitely be staying there anytime I’m in Salt Lake.

Overall 5-Star rating. Selected this property for its proximity to the convention center for a volleyball tournament. It’s also a block away from the TRAX train station with trains to/from SLC airport every 15 mins. On our first date of check in (4-night stay) we weren’t provided a double queen bed room per our reservation, but the following day the hotel management group called and we were given the room of choice for the remainder of our stay with a small monetary comp for the inconvenience. We really liked the property and would recommend others to stay here. We plan to do so for future visits to SLC.

The hotel is magnificent, but Expedia's listing of the room we reserved is inaccurate. We searched for a room that would fit two adults and one child, and selected a room that stated "Sleeps 4," but when we checked in it was a 2-capacity room (one king bed, no sofa). There were no roll-away beds available so our child had to sleep on the hardwood floor, which made for a restless night for all of us. The listing on the hotel's website is correct, so I think it's an Expedia issue. It was frustrating to spend that much money for such an uncomfortable sleep. Otherwise, the hotel in general is awesome.

Staff at check-in, valet, and at the Market were all very helpful and friendly. We have struggled to find good accommodations in SLC that were clean, safe, and conveniently located, I guess we found our new “go-to” hotel!

The property was up to date and clean. Nice beds and pillows. Bathroom sink was draining slowly during our stay. We were too busy to complain. A common issue in hotels.

I had a really comfortable stay here for 4 nights. The hotel was so convenient to the convention center, and I especially appreciated the dining options—including a well-stocked 24hr cafe with a huge variety of food and drink options (and gifts, too!). All the employees were kind and helpful, and I hope to be back one day!

My problem is I was charged for parking 3 times There was a convention and couldn't even get valet parking. Super disappointed I should've gone to grand America.
