The water park was so fun. We spent all our free time there. It was a great way to keep the kids busy. They didnt want to leave. The staff was very quick to bring us anything we needed. Would recommend for anyone who has kids.

This hotel was one of the worst I’ve stayed in. There was no parking, not mentioned on line that the slide is only open on the weekends, which is why we chose this hotel in first place. The person in the room above us was stomping and being noisy late at night and then again at four the morning. The USB ports on the tables didn’t work, and the property itself is really hard to get to, due to construction and several vehicles parked along side the road that is barely big enough for one vehicle. Terrible experience. I will never book with this hotel again.

Property needs to be fixed up. Not very nice. We were also put in an adjoining room which we didn’t ask for and the kids in the next room were so loud. They woke us up very early.

Loved the pool area. The breakfast was pretty decent size. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the beds were super hard and uncomfortable.

Choose the property for the water slide. It was fun but pool area is getting run down. Breakfast was not good. Other holiday inn properties have great gluten free options and there were absolutely none here such a bummer! They had even run out of yogurt the first morning.

We had issues with the lady that was on shift when we checked in at 3pm. We walked in to check in and she continued to speak with a Staff member without letting us know it will be a minute. After speaking with the staff member she continued to answer the phone while we were waiting to check in. 2nd incident I called in the morning and requested a crib to be put into our room so we didn’t have to bring a pack N play they told us they will put it in our room for us. When we arrived the lady on shift told us there wasn’t any cribs made us upset due to not bringing the pack n play for our youngest thinking there was cribs available We got extra blankets for our kids and the blankets we have received were dirty and disgusting. We were already upset when we pulled out the pull out bed it was disgusting and tons of stains on top of springs going into your back while laying down. There were tons of dirt stains on the comforter as well as women hair on the pillowcases.

When we hot there the power was out. We couldn't check in and we had 2 kids who needed diaper chnages. We were offered a bathroom and to sit in the dining room until power came back on. We were able to swim and sit in the hotntub qhile we waited. It was about 630 before we could check in our room.

Horrible property. Terrible parking.
Pool was “closed for renovations”, which was the reason I booked this specific hotel. We received a “hearing accessible” room, but would have preferred a standard room. The automatic shade was broke so there was a two inch gap in the window and everyone could see into the room which was on the first floor. The sink was backed up, with hair shavings and possibly vomit coming up the drain. I had informed the front desk on the first morning of the stay and was assured it would be addressed. The sink was not fixed and had to deal with a backed up sink for our two night stay.

Nothing to be amazed.
The main reason we chose to is hotel was for the water park that was included. The room its self was nothing to be amazed about. The bath tub didn’t drain so standing in my own bath water was gross. The room smelled musty and old. The pool had a few floaters of something and half the sprayers on the kiddy slide didn’t work.

Parking was terrible but all in all was pretty good. Wish they had the slide as a ride at your own risk. I bought 2 kids that were an inch to small for the slide which was a bummer cause it was the main reason for staying.b but they had fun
