Breakfast is not included in the prepaid fee. No real mention about it on the hotel.com site nor when checking in. I had pre checked in the day before my arrival following an invitation to do so from the hotel. When I showed up at the hotel, I could not see any advantages of pre checking in as it took as much time checking in face to face than checking in online. I understand the non-smoking policy inside the hotel but I wished there was a designated area like other hotels. It was pretty hard sleeping well and enjoying the bed until late in the morning because of the noise in the hotel and outside. I wasn't disturbed by the airplanes' noises but by the noises of other guests and especially by the housekeepers (loud chatting, no soft vacuuming, vacuuming by banging harshly the rooms' furniture). The shower door kept opening. Wrong set-up, I guess. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, useless. I'd wake up with pains in the neck and spine. I still want to thank Rachel at the bar for her excellent customer service and smile no matter what.

L'hotel était bien équipé mais les chambres petites(on ne pouvait s'y croiser. Très bruyant avec le passage avec la voie rapide. Petit déjeuner servi à la place à éviter si vous prenez l'avion : 1.h10 pour un pd classique et on a attendu 15 mn entre les oeufs et les toasts après avoir réclamé 2 fois .

Nice enough hotel but staff had no knowledge of surrounding area and didn't engage. Hotel situated in a light commercial area...not walkable.

Check into the room and saw dust everywhere on the table and shelves as if no one has been in there for a while. Went down to the restaurant and the food was terrible. I ordered classic buffalo wings and it came out cold as if they forgot to put it in the oven after thawing the wings. Breakfast didn’t get served until 7:00 am which was to late for me since I had a long drive ahead so I checked out at 5:30am.

Great location, very near to the airport and friendly staff. 24 hours shuttle service to the airport was great! The driver was courteous and he provided us with information on how and where to go when checking in at the airport.

It was very noisy late at night - other guests on same floor and above my room. I had 5 hours to sleep so that didn't help. Otherwise a great place.

My room smelt like someone smoked in it and its very dated. The sliding patio doors are gross, so dirty and don't open properly. It needs attention it just looked dirty and it was an expensive convivence to be close to the airport and it's not great. ||The food was great and the workers. The bed was clean and good just esthetics could use updating for the price we paid.

Motel was very cold, lobby to the room. The heat was off in the rooms and took forever to warm up to 70’, the food was average at best. Service was good though.
