Pas de nettoyage de la chambre pendant 6 jours! On doit se rendre à la réception pour obtenir de nouvelle serviette! Mon véhicule a été vandalisé dans le stationnement mal éclairé de l’hôtel! Pour le déjeuner, c’est ok mais sans plus! Triste séjour!

My family and I always loved staying at this Crystal Inn for many years now but this time it was a real disappointment the windows were dirty, no shampoo or soap in the room, and no do not disturb sign for the door. Will not be coming back

The hotel was outdated but average. Our room specifically, the curtains didn’t fully close and were ripped, the shower leaked, and the room didn’t feel clean upon arrival. Felt like it was quickly put together, not actually wiped down etc. sheets and cushions had many stains. Pool was nice and empty but had no towels. Staff at front desk was quiet, not direct. Had an issue with my card and they didn’t tell me what was going on until after they swiped it and figured it out. Need better communication skills. Breakfast was average, could have more warm options. The area had construction but was overall nice, parking was easy. The overall stay was okay.

I liked the cleanliness very much, it was very close to the highway but we slept like babies. Special shout-out to the breakfast lady, everything was clean and nicely presented. She checked the buffett several times while we were there.

Really nice indoor pool and spa with salt water base. The "gym" was disappointing. The breakfast area was very nice, and clean. But the options were all refined sugar, more refined sugar, salty, refined white flour, powdered eggs, sausage, and instant coffee. There were apples and fresh cantaloupe. Not very healthy.

Front desk staff was great. Room was dirty and in need of repair. Curtain had holes, bedding was torn, hairy and stained, bathtub was dirty, furniture stained, there were socks by the side of the bed (Not ours) and floor needed to be vacuumed. I think had it been vacuumed the socks would have been found. So disappointing because this hotel had very good reviews. Cancelling future stay.

The room was great and breakfast was good. The room was very clean but the elevator could use some attention. There is currently construction on the surrounding roads which makes access difficult.

Couldn’t have more pillow, dirty, room smells like was never opened to get some fresh air, staff looks like don’t wanna be there, poor service. Plus they don’t have description about the food. My wife and I was traveling with our baby and she ate a potato with butter, she is dairy intolerant and my baby is allergic, so for our whole vacation, 5 days, he was crying a lot, with colic, not sleeping, he got sick.

Our room was on first floor...easy to get to and very quiet even facing the parking lot. The staff was very helpful and kind! A delicious breakfast bar provided!

Good selection for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. They told us where to park for extended stay with the trailer. Nice pool and hot tub great for after a long day riding.
