« The staff was incredible. The hotel was nice and smelled great. However, be prepared to pay for parking. The garage is about a block away and charges $20 a day. The hotel was recently opened so there was no gym and most of the electric did not work in the room. We had to move the refrigerator across the room and we had to plug the microwave into a bathroom outlet to make it work. The staff apologized and were super nice. There were "joints" on the floor in the lobby which smelled up everything....

« Amazing fantasy theme village with rooms that carried the theme all the way down to the stone floors and pottery coffee mugs. Beautiful, well maintained grounds with a pond and walking trails. We enjoyed visiting with other travelers around the fire pit in the evening. We would love to stay again! »

« I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TELLING ME TO CONFIRM OUR REQUEST FOR 2 BEDS. I CALLED AND THE WOMAN CONFIRMED THAT THIS IS WHAT WE WOULD GET. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT 1 PM THE WOMEN AT THE DESK SAID THE ROOM WAS NOT READY. WE UNDERSTOOD THIS BUT WANTED TO PAY FOR IT IN ADVANCE AS WE HAD TO LEAVE BEFORE THE ROOM WAS READY TO GO TO UT'S GRADUATION. SHE SAID THIS WAS NOT ALLOWED, WHEN WE RETURNED, THE MAN AT THE DESK SAID THERE WERE NO MORE ROOMS WITH 2 BEDS AVAILABLE. HE SAID OUR CONFIRMATION WAS FROM...
