Le service et l'amabilité de chaque personne était géniale. Notre objectif était de visiter la cathédrale et nous étions en face!!

très bon accueil, chambres avec décoration rétro amusante, confortables petit bémol le bruit sur la rue pour certaines chambres. Restaurant agréable, service rapide, mais la cuisine française reste meilleure C'est une bonne adresse, on est en centre ville

De quoi être satisfait !
Hotel et chambres avec un charme certain. Excellent accueil et amabilité évidente de tout le personnel. Nous occupions la chambre 1 qui n'a malheureusement pas d'armoires, ce qui rend la vie un peu complique quand vous avez des bagages pour 11 jours de voyage. Cuisine goûteuse et originale à un prix raisonnable. Bon petit déjeuner. En résumé : agréable séjour de 2 nuits.

The Chapter House is a hidden gem of England’s history. The building is centuries old but has a comfortable quaintness. The staff was incredible and very friendly. Would highly recommend The Chapter House!

Very easy to get to from the train station and very central to shops and restaurants. The cathedral is just across the street. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Although the building is over 500 years old the rooms are roomy, nice and clean!! Loved this place!

The Chapter House lived up to expectations as reported in the reviews. The staff was great-friendly and helpful. Our dinner was the best we had in town. It was convenient to walk about town and to drive to surrounding destinations.

The room was quite modern & comfortable especially considering the building is -800 years old. The location is fabulous. Chris checked us in & was very helpful, as were the other members of staff. We highly recommend the Chapter House to anyone who appreciates a hotel with a bit of character.

Lovely place to stay with exceptional staff and a great restaurant. Highly recommended. Only qualification is that it is far from ideal for people with limited mobility due to the lack of a lift and uneven steps.

An overnight stay for two elderly people.
The room was cold on a cold day. The floors were very uneven and unsuitable for the elderly or infirm who are unsteady on their feet.

I was given an enormous room, which was cold on entry but 2 heaters warmed it up in no time. The quality of the towels and the breakfast was tremendous.

This place was convenient to the Cathedral and a good base for heading off to Stonehenge. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is a place to drop off luggage and inexpensive municipal parking is available around to corner. The staff were very helpful in helping me navigate this. We ate dinner and breakfast here and it was fine. This is a very old pub and the accommodations are very funky, but with new shower and toilet rooms. This is not a place for anyone requiring an accessible room, but it’s nice enough and a bit fun for a night.

Gracious staff. Delicious breakfast buffet. Great location near the cathedral. Our room was nice but small. The wonky stairs (and no elevator) means this wouldn't be a good choice for anyone with mobility issues.

One of my new favourite hotels. An old place fixed up nice. Room was very comfortable, excellent bed, bathrooms have been modernly renovated. We asked the cab driver (a £6 cab to Salisbury station) for restaurant recommendations and he replied “you’re staying there”! Turns out they have a very popular restaurant that serves some of the best steaks I’ve had. They age their own beef, the menu was superb. Breakfast was awesome, custom made Eggs Benny and full English breakfast, along with fresh croissants, fruit,etc. Staff was genuinely friendly. Right across the street from St Anne’s gate to the Cathedral. A few blocks to the Market Square and lots of good places to eat. Highly recommended.

Very charming, very old building. 800 years. As close as you can get to where the History and action are. The dining is absolutely amazing, best steak I’ve had in years. The staff is very warm and helpful.
