« Room 3, an Indugence Room. I’d say it could be more indulging - larger bed, mattress topper, bathrobes - for example. Unfortunately it’s above the pub so can be noisy, especially when the staff run up and down the creaky stairs - we spent the night in our room and it was a constant irritation. But other than that, the food is excellent, lovely decor, nice atmosphere, and Stockbridge is awesome. »

« I have just stayed at The Fighting Cocks for the weekend. Unfortunately we choose the weekend of the A31 closure and the New Forest fires! Resulting in a lot of traffic passing the pub. Not their fault. The staff were very helpful and friendly the room was great, clean and comfortable and breakfast was included and really tasty. We had an evening meal on the Saturday which was ample and reasonably priced. All in all a great little stop over. »

« The Grosvenor is on the main street, with it's own car parking behind the hotel. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. The decor throughout the hotel was attractive and all the rooms well maintained. We had the Mayfly suite, which had a four poster bed, seating area and a large bathroom. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu. The attractive garden has plenty of seating areas. The location was perfect for where we were visiting. We will definitely return to the Grosvenor. »

« the room is large so an armchair and luggage rack would be useful . As well as a large bed (1.60) but everything else is perfect including the restaurant »

« Vendu sur expedia comme un 4 etoiles, l'état d'entretien de l'établissement se situe bien en deça ! Très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, d'autant plus que l'hôtel se situe à côté d'un parc d'attraction qui attire de nombreux enfants bruyants. Bon petit déjeuner. »
