We loved the property. Very well suited for our needs. It was equipped with all the necessary thing one would need for a short stay and some more. Would definitely come again and recommend this sweet house to friends.

Great location for Monarch

Worked great for my family of 4 with our stay to go skiing at Monarch. If you have a full size SUV or truck, the driveway is the only useable parking. Beds are all memory form. If you like a firm pillow, bring your own.

Our bike trip

Our long weekend to mountain bike was great and the location of this rental met our needs perfectly. However, the rental itself wasn't that great. When we arrived there were 4 bags of garbage in the garage which smelled to high heaven, but when we got rid of those the smell lingered and I think there was a dead mouse or something instead. The cleanliness of the unit wasn't great. The floors were filthy, the window sills dirty with little bugs, the toaster didn't work, the blinds in two bedrooms were crooked, the grill didn't work properly, one of the chairs was soiled terribly, etc. We made the best of it, but won't go back when in town again.

We enjoyed watching the mule deer in the back yard. Living room furniture a bit uncomfortable. Other than that it was a convenient location of doing things around the area.

Great Townhouse

This home was great, well furnished and clean. It was close to Monarch for skiing and snow tubing, and us Florida folks were happy not to drive too far in winter conditions. The use of the garage was a wonderful bonus when it was snowing, and there were plenty of laundry detergent pods, paper towels, and dishwashing tablets. The only thing I couldn’t find that was needed was a blow dryer. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Carrie (property contact) also helped us locate a family heirloom necklace my son left behind. It has been in our family for over 100 years and we are so grateful to get it back!

2022 family hunting trip

Great accommodations, it was a great fit for our trip. Patrick reached out and let us know about the rental home. Like it so much we would like to reserve the home for 2023 family hunting trip. I would recommend the property for all seasons as there are outdoor activities year around near the property .

Lovely Slice of Heaven

Not only was this place clean and tidy, but it was in a beautiful area of Colorado. What a wonderful, relaxing get-away. The hosts are friendly, helpful, and great communicators. Would highly recommend.

Our overall impression of this property was good. It was a great space for us and located perfectly for the events we had planned. The cleanliness of the condo was a concern. The floor downstairs was mostly dirty and sticky. There was hair all over the bathroom floors. The top of the stove was pretty dirty as were some of the pans. The BBQ grill was very dirty. It needs a good cleaning for sure. We always like to leave a place better than we find it. We cleaned the grill the best we could and pulled a large area in the front where weeds were overgrown. Also...fyi...the light above the stove does not work. With all that said. we would stay here again. Thank you.

Overall it was great. Very quiet. Comfortable beds. Reasonably well appointed kitchen. Garage for 1 car. No air conditioner which on hot days can make the upstairs bedrooms a bit warm on hot days. Poncha Springs was around 90 degrees for parts of our visit. We will likely seek this place out if we return to visit.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped and stocked!

We loved your place! The floor plan is great with master bedroom bathroom downstairs plus separate half bath. Other 2bedrooms and full bath up. We came up to do a raft trip at Brown's canyon (yes it was freezing but an exhilarating experience!) The townhouse was a welcome place to warm up - fix a meal and play some games you provided! Hope to return again!!
