BeachRiver is located in the quiet Oakwood Beach community along the Delaware River, tucked away from the usual tourist paths and crowds.

At BeachRiver, you’re staying in a landscape "hotel" where the architecture bows to the Delaware River and your only schedule is the one nature sets. Crisp white walls, sleek black trim, and floor-to-ceiling glass create a calm, elevated space that feels like a design-forward spa retreat.

This remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath Scandinavian-modern home sits on a private stretch of riverfront with 1400 sq ft. of sandy beach just for your group. Step out onto the expansive 36’ x 16’ walk-out deck to watch the morning light dance across the water or linger over sunset with a glass of wine and the sound of the river as your soundtrack. Inside, an open-concept living area connects seamlessly to the views, so you’re always surrounded by water and sky.

Your stay is all about rituals that make you feel human again. Start with slow coffee on the deck, then head to the handcrafted pine-lined outdoor barrel sauna that seats up to five for a deep-heat detox before a refreshing dip in the Delaware. In the evening, gather in the cozy living space or retreat to your king-sized suite to recharge in quiet luxury.

We greet all guest at check-in to demonstrate the operation of our non- traditional amenities.

Additional Guest: BeachRiver is reserved exclusively for guests listed on the reservation. We understand you may wish to share the experience with friends and family; up to 10 total people are permitted on-site for and additional fee of $50 per person, per day. All additional guests must depart by 6pm. Thanks!

Quite Hours: ***9pm - 8am***

My neighbors are permanent residents. Please be mindful. All fire activities must end at 9pm (last Duraflame log should be placed no later than 7:30pm). You may remain on the beach up until 10pm to quietly "star gaze."

You may use the Sauna up until mid-night.

You may sit on the deck all night- again adhering to the quite time guidelines.

Smoking inside or outside is not permitted. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
