« We had a wonderful stay at this property while attending the University of Delaware football game. The drive to the stadium was about 20 minutes with traffic, which was very convenient. The hosts were AMAZING and incredibly accommodating, making our visit smooth and comfortable. The location is excellent, with outstanding restaurants, a movie theater, and a mall just minutes away. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Wilmington area! »

« House was perfect-kitchen was well stocked (we like to cook at Vrbos) bedroom/bathroom were clean and comfortable. One note-I would recommend a couple/few simple chairs for the patio. The backyard is such a nice space, a place to sit and enjoy would be great. »

« Absolutely wonderful spot, better than the pictures. Pretty quiet for downtown and it had everything you could need. Will definitely try to stay again here if I’m ever in the area »

« Very nice stay for us. Clean bright space. Loved the accommodation of each room with their own lock, desk, fridge and tv. Shower, no bath but otherwise prefect for our family. Felt secure with the cameras in front and back. Was thankful for this space so close to my grandmother. »

« The house was adorable in a quiet neighborhood just outside Kennett Square. We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and we were only 5 min from the fields and 5 minutes from many dining options. The house was well stocked with what we needed to cook while we stayed and the rooms were comfortable. We had two families and had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Home was beautiful…. bathrooms were clean and the towels were very nice…there was 5 of us. We had plenty of room ……bedrooms were beautiful… there was a back porch it was nice. »

« It is important to note that this house was originally built as an Inn in 1714 if I remember correctly, so it is over 300 years old. It has had a lot of modifications since then, but what you are getting is an opportunity to essentially sleep in a museum. There are various things throughout the house that might leave you scratching your head, crooked door frames and light switches that are in weird places, and obviously there is wear-and-tear on floors and walls, but it all contributes to the...

"Cette chaîne d’hôtel, et normalement une très belle chaîne. Nous avons vraiment été déçu de notre séjour, chambre, salle à certains endroits, porte de la salle de bain, dégradée, un luminaire sur deux dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Il fallait retourner chaque matin mendier un ticket pour le petit déjeuner, alors qu’il était compris dans notre réservation, et à l’accueil ils n’ont pas souhaité nous donner tous les tickets d’un coup… De quoi perdre du temps tous les matins. De plus, notre chambre a été nettoyé, nous étions très content… Jusqu’à ce que nous rentrions le soir, et trouvions notre porte de la chambre ouverte, nous l’avons signalé à l’accueil, qui ne sait même pas déplacer, et qui ne nous a même pas répondu pour savoir ce qui s’était passé. Service propreté et clientèle à revoir. Nous reviendrons à Philadelphie c’est sûr, mais jamais dans cet hôtel."
