An absolutely stunning waterfront beach house situated on the waterfront of Foreshore beach with breathtaking views of Wanda headland, take a stroll along the waters edge and take in the peace and tranquillity of the area.

The property is only 600m away from the Wanda Beach shops with a cafe and takeaway options, Chinese and Thai restaurants, butchers, bakery, and IGA convenient store plus more.

Horizons golf course is only 2.5kms away and Soldiers Point is a quick 3km drive or walk from the property, Soldiers Point offers a fantastic selection of restaurants including Bannisters, Soldiers Point Bowling Club, The Deck, and the Point which are both on Soldiers Point Marina.

Soldiers Point also provides a great boat ramp, bring the boat, kayaks, and paddle boards for the day’s fun in the sun right in front of your door. The waterways out the front of the property offer calm swimming conditions which are perfect for children and all ages and even better for stand-up paddle boarding or fishing. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water that is suitable for coming off the beach after a busy day.

Please note, the properties private boat ramp is not accessible with a car.

Waterfront Wonderland is a 2-storey home with the convenience of a lift making this the perfect holiday destination for everyone to enjoy the breathtaking views of the waterfront. The ground floor provides the spacious kitchen with complete cooking facilities including a double Smeg oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso DeLonghi coffee machine, family size fridge/ freezer and a fabulous view straight out to the water.

There are three lounge areas, with the main having timber laminate floorings, large Smart Apple TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and a Jetmaster faux gas fireplace for the cooler nights. The second area has another large Smart TV, and the third area is designed for children with a Smart TV, DVD player and Xbox.

Superfast NBN Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, so bring your Netflix, Stan, Binge, Disney+ or other streaming logins and away you go.

Opening off from the main living area is the alfresco dining, this is where you can take in the stunning sunsets while cooking on the gas BBQ and enjoying the perfect surrounds after a busy day.

Enter upstairs either by the staircase or the lift , there are five generous bedrooms plus another living area located on the landing area, which is the perfect place to sit back, relax and read your favourite book and every now and then be mesmerised by the unforgettable views.


The master suite has a King bed, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, TV, gorgeous ensuite with underfloor heating, double vanity and a double shower with the choice of a regular or rain water shower head. This master suite also has a large private balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the stunning view and a lounge sitting area with natural sunlight and water views.

Bedrooms two and three have Double beds, bedroom four has two single bunks which are suitable for children and another TV, bedroom five has a Queen bed. Waterfront Wonderland comfortably sleeps 12 guests with a maximum of 8 adults, all bedrooms are located on the upper level, and all have the comforts of ducted air-conditioning.

Upstairs also has the main bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and vanity and the ground floor also provides a bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity plus an additional powder room with toilet for guests.

The property provides an internal laundry with a front-loading washing machine, clothes dryer, and clothesline.
Entering the property through the electric front gate with parking in the double garage which is suitable for one car and for storing personal items such as bikes, paddle boards, surfboards, and other items. The garage also has a large second fridge for your convenience, enough room for two more vehicles in the driveway.
