First and foremost, from the bottom of our hearts, a huge thank you for choosing Melia Dunas for your experience in the beautiful Sal Island. Thank to our dear guests we were able to reopen our doors after 17 long months of inactivity, due to COVID-19 pandemic.
We thank you for having shared with us your review as our main goal is our Guests satisfaction; we deeply regret we were not able to meet it in your case.
Since your visit we have been working even harder to make sure a proper follow-up is made, also in the points mentioned by you, Jean.
