« Hong is an excellent Host and the descriptions are all accurate! He communicated with me before arrival to Tokyo and checked to make sure everything was okay upon check in. I would definitely stay at this property when I return to Tokyo. »

« The manager is super nice, responds very quickly to any questions or concerns I had. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a residential area. It was only a few minute walk to a family mart, 7-11 and to a train station. Having multiple bathroom was nice because there were 5 of us. It was just different that we had to go on the 2nd and 3rd floor to use the toilet. The ground floor had the shower so we always had to bring up our dirty clothes up to wash it. But it felt very comfortable! »

« I would recommend QiQi Hirai House which is conveniently located 4 min away from a train station and in a quiet neighborhood (away from busy parts of Tokyo). There is a good amount of moms/pops restaurants in the vicinity as well as a really nice neighborhood market that has everything. It has everything needed for a long stay. On a side note, I would advise drying items on a line versus using a dryer in case you are used to a reg. American standard dryer. We were provided with detergent and...

« Close to train lines, great accommodation for our adult family group of 6. Situated on 3 levels via a steep staircase. Asami communicated well and was very helpful and responsive. We appreciated the beautiful complimentary green tea, and the apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean. »

« Overall, our stay was disappointing. Apartment was clean with close access to trains but host never bothered to tell us the place was located right in the middle of Korea Town which is not what we would want for a once in a lifetime stay in Toyko! Check in was terrifying after 20 hours of travel as the host neglected to inform us the key lock code was changed. Lots of difficulty regulating the heat and host was not as helpful with that as we would have expected. Never responded when we said we...
