In that district, everything is older, and it is very well maintained and clean. It is in a PERFECT location to talk to some great places to eat, shop, or get coffee. « Unit A104 was amazing. You are literally steps to the beach. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. The restaurants were great, there is a great breakfast place, the bar serves great burgers and there is a pizza restaurant all within feet of each other and the condo. Sea Salt is an upscale restaurant that we did not eat at but seemed very fancy. Red Hook is a 4 minute drive away and there are plenty of other restaurants there.
