« Do NOT plan to arrive early to this hotel or be treated kindly. We arrived around 3:00 pm knowing that check in is at 4 pm, but most hotels can accommodate an early check in if the rooms are ready. We explained that we would like to check in so we could freshen up prior to our 4:30 pm cab pickup and dinner reservation at 5 pm. The front desk person didnât even look at her computer and told us check in is at 4. When 4:00 arrived so did the line of people. We had to change our reservation and...

« We loved everything about our stay - just wished we had stayed longer. The beachfront room was perfect for our family and the view was amazing. The beach was perfect for the kids to swim and snorkel and we even got to meet some friendly sting rays right off the shore! The restaurant had good food options - all of which were yummy. We will definitely be returning :) »

« We had a horrible stay. The staff was rude. The restaurant often had wait times of the three hours for food. Things in the rooms were broken and when we called no one ever came, they did not have any place to get snacks or drinks nonalcoholic besides vending machine machines which subsequently also stopped working at one point. »
