« The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. « It was a dream location with the sound of the sea bringing a calm and relaxing feel to the stay. The surroundings were stunning, lots of birds and incredible plants. « Thank you for a fabulous week away from the three feet of Toronto snow! We stayed at Sapphire Reef Villa with our 3 adult kids and our son's girlfriend. What a great villa, you could easily spend the whole week without leaving the property at all. The pool was wonderful and a perfect size to lounge by and play pool games. « It was a wonderful vacation; the villa was lovely, the patio and view idyllic. Carlene was a terrific hostess; the meals she prepared were delicious and she checked in with us daily about what specialties she could prepare and asking what items we liked. The villa was very clean and very comfortable. I noticed there was no dishwasher in the kitchen' there seemed to be room for one and I would suggest that. Carlene never complained but I imagine that would make her life easier! We'd come back...

« A very short drive from Ocho Rios into St Mary you will find this well kept clean and comfortable property with a view that mesmerizes as you sit on the balcony in morning to drink coffee. Kiki and Kadane were the ever attentive hosts, always checking to make sure that our needs were met. It was quiet, clean spacious and comfortable...I kept saying, I wish we could live here, it feels like home! I hope to be back soon! »

« The property is huge and maybe we were a little unprepared for that but it was a very pleasant experience and I am glad we gave it a crack versus the big names. The host Ms. Powell took excellent care of us and was there from the moment we booked to guide and advise us. Thanks for an amazing stay are your villa. »

"L’accueil de l’hôtel ferme à 17h, nous ne savions pas, nous avons donc été pris en charge par la sécurité car nous sommes arrivés à 17h30. Attente assez longue pour avoir notre chambre. Mal organisé par l’agent de sécurité. Chambre propre et lit King confortable. Le petit déjeuner est par contre juste horrible et non mangeable. Ne le prenais pas et aller vous chercher de quoi manger le matin au petit commerce en bas de la rue ou sinon ne mangez pas et économiser votre argent. Sinon situé dans la ville mais un quartier assez sécuritaire, gardien à l’entrée de l’hôtel h24 et petit commerce dans la ruelle et poste de police juste à côté. Je recommande pour passer une nuit pour faire une pause de la route si vous traverser le nord en voiture , mais je ne recommande pas pour plus de jours.. "
