"Overall the property was clean and secure. Pool staff, bbq grill and housekeeping were excellent. The wait staff in the restaurant was okay too. The pool bar tenders were okay too. While my star rating could be higher, i did note simple things that bring down properties, platic bottles along pathways, i observed staff mopping outdoor pathways but in less than meter was an empty bottle. "My husband and I had an amazing time at the resort, Couples Tower Isle. The food was excellent and always available. There were always plenty of bartenders ready to make lots of drinks. "My adult daughter and I went to the Jamaica Inn for a quick 4 night getaway. What makes this resort is the staff and the beach. Ash Quade and William at the beach bar were so friendly and entertaining. The spa was wonderful. Marica was very helpful in assisting us in spa offerings. "beautiful view, grounds well keep pool very clean. twenty-four-hour security, staff very helpful, easy access to main road. Condo has all basic cooking utensils, nice beach towels, washer dryer in good working condition, AC units all working properly and cooling as designed. "The property itself was in good shape although it is dated. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were the shining stars of the entire resort. It was disappointing that a resort in Jamaica did not have much Jamaican cuisine. But there were other adequate dining options."
