« The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. « The apartment is very small. Furniture are very dirty. Roaches was all over the apartment. When we got to the apartment and contacted the owner they keep hanging up on us. When they do respond to us they told us to follow behind any car that can open the main gate to the complex. They charged us 10000JMD for cleaning fee when we got inside the apartment.
