« This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. Very nice location within walking distance to grocery stores and plenty of fast food...

« I think this was onw of the most intentional properties i have ever had the pleasure of staying in..everything was placed with care, intention and purpose. The blankets, beds, furniture , decor and kitchen had touches that would easily go unseen as they were placed with humility.I do not think the photos do the property justice as the house is so much more then beauty. « We really didn't like our stay in this house. Firstly, we were informed that there were earwigs and humidity bugs when we called from Clarenville. I had read in the comments that there were some, but I didn't realize how many. In one evening, we killed around 50. It was horrible, they were everywhere: on the counter, in the curtains, on the tables and all over the floor. Normally I would have expected around ten, but we were nowhere near that number. « La vue est superbe, mais le chemin pour s’y rendre et le stationnement sont particulièrement difficiles (on doit circuler à travers les travailleurs du port et circuler de reculons sur le chemin pour l’accès à un seul stationnement). L’appartement est bien équipé mais a besoin d’être rafraîchi et rénové (le béton des marches du long escalier est à réparer, c’est presque dangereux. Le spa sur le balcon est vraiment cool. Les propriétaires auraient avantage à laisser un petit cahier...

« Great location with an amazing cafe and little grocery down the road. The kitchen is well stocked and everything is very well decorated and comfortable. It is to note that Signal Hill road in front of the house is quite passing and you hear the traffic, though it quiets down at night. Unfortunately, the A/C upstairs was not working, which ment it was hot in the bedrooms. The host informed us before we checked in, but the repair could be made in time. »
