"Good afternoon, I waited to give my feedback because I did not travel at all due to troubles in my country. Though the hotel was notified the same day in the afternoon and many messages sent, the hotel charged me the full amount of my 6 nights stay. They finally replied to charge me for 2 nights, the credit has not been given. I agreed to pay for the first night only, but so far I have not received a reply. I told them that whenever possible, I would reserve with them again, I still have not received an answer. I think that I am a Gold member for the right reasons. My travel history speaks volume and I deserve a better treatment and exceptions. Thank you."
