« Veronica was a fabulous host! We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was quite. The beds were firm and new. There was a washing machine available for guests. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans. I made breakfast every morning. A few things that needed attention was windows, light fixtures needed to be cleaned. »

« The location is great, and even though I had access to a car for the majority of my stay, when we did need to take the bus to town it is a 3 minute walk from the house. The journey to town is only 7 to 10 minutes. When we arrived the home was clean and tidy. The host Jeannette is friendly and helpful and any issue was dealt with promptly. « My stay was WONDERFUL. Unit 4 was incredibly nice. The view amazing. Was able to watch/view the sunrise and sunset. The property manager, Millicent was very kind, accommodating and helpful. « The view is heavenly. Wish I'd been advised a car was needed ---- NOTHING other than other houses within walking distance. Could be an amazing property, but needs maintenance/attention. « While the accommodations did not ruin our wonderful vacation in St. Kitts there were many disappointing factors. The description of the house online was completely different than the house we rented, and the kitchen had zero amenities. Imagine finding out 3 weeks prior to our trip that this was a shared property and the first night rental was double booked. I am still waiting for a credit for that one night. As a renter I did not realize it was my responsibility to be diligent to monitor...

« Great location and spectacular views. Nice yard. The house is spacious and must have been fantastic when it was new. Regretfully, it needs some improvements. Water leaked into dining room when it rained, dishwasher and oven didn’t work, kitchenware old and worn, several cracks in masonry, furniture old, master bedroom AC inadequate (we had to sleep in another bedroom). There’s more, but you get the idea. Also, you have to use about 2 km of rough dirt road to get to it, and when it rains hard...

"Séjour pour affaires. L’hôtel mérite un check-up du point de vue de la climatisation qui est atrocement bruyante. Malgré avoir obtenu un changement de chambre pour une nuit, le retour dans ma chambre pour la seconde nuit n’était pas pour un mieux. Bref. Pas d’eau dans les mini-bars (vides) et l’achat d’une pâte à dentifrice 15 USD m’a surprise au moment du check-out (Eh oui, les prix n’étaient pas affichés). Enfin le service de navette, malgré la gentillesse du personnel, je trouve irrespectueux de faire voyager le client dans des voitures à même de rendre l’âme sur la route. Bref, à part le staff, le management et la gestion du produit est à revoir."
