Check in was good the agent was friendly. When I got the the room the sheets were not clean. Someone popped the sheets. There was hair and debris on the bedding. There were no wash cloths for me to take a shower. It was comfortable at all and the neighbors were in an out so much that I was comfortable staying at the property.i eneded up leaving about 2:30 am cause I just felt like I wasted my money on a dirty room. I will never stay at this property again.

Stayed here for two nights with my fiancé for a show at the Dow event center. Super convenient and central location. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and everything was clean and functional! Fahim was a great help and we had no issues with checking in or out. 10/10 would stay again.

Fehim was very welcoming! He is working on renovating soo much. Made us feel warm and excited to stay again. It’s a great price and great value!

The Appletree Inn is the only place I will stay in Saginaw, Michigan. The customer service from every single person who works there is like VIP treatment every step of the way. This newly remodeled hotel is within walk-in distance from the most popular restaurants and shopping stores. Check-in was fast and simple, the room was very clean and comfortable and there wasn't any more I could ask for. You can park right outside your room and use keyless entry. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. I love when businesses are competitive and work hard to earn business. This place is 5 out of 5. Stay was very nice. Welcoming, and Fehim was super nice and very helpful. Our room was very nice, clean, an very spacious. Fehim was also very pet friendly to my little girl. She felt very comfortable and it was quite. Very affordable. I heard this was under new management which is great! We will be back !! We enjoyed every moment spent here at Apple tree. Thank you !!

Best place in Saginaw to stay by far
The apple tree inn is officially a hidden gem for lodging, my stay was phenomenally relaxing and peaceful. I will be recommending the apple tree inn to friends, family and others for years to come

The person at the counter at check in was rude. She was on her personal cell phone call the entire length of check in. Once in the room, the bathroom had only a bath mat for the floor, no towels or washcloths available in the room to shower or bathe.

This hotel was so dirty- rooms were stinky bed sheets dirty area felt very unsafe- first room we were given had garbage all in it moved to another room it was gross. Had to bring all our belongings every time we left the room. No wifi as advertised

Place was dirty. Room that was giving to me had bed bugs. We chose not to stay and requested a refund but was denied. Instead they offered us a different room. This place must need the money bad. I'll never return or recommend.

Disgusting to say the least.....
Every inch of the room was not just dirty or dusty, but filthy. I killed 3 fairly large spiders in the first 20 minutes. Had to thoroughly clean the tub before using and even after cleaning it and filling it, I could not use after knowing what I had just cleaned off of it. So gross!!!!! While searching for a washcloth to wipe said tub with, I discovered a dirty, stringy, leopard print teddy hanging behind the bathroom door. It was clearly an establishment that catered to the prostitution industry, just judging from what I cleaned up and where. Needless to say, we left after less than 2 hours. And they didn't even refund me (not even partially). Horrible experience, will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone!!!! Just wish I would have taken photos.

The lady who was working when we checked in was not friendly at all. She barely spoke at all. The rooms are ok but not nice. The tv was terrible and they will keep your deposit for no reason they must need the money. I think there was barely anyone there when we stayed we only saw one other car.

The motels located in a drug area. I had a guy that was high come up to my car and ask me for some money.
