Amazingly wonderful!
Everything was beyond anything we could have hoped for !!! Ruthi and Avi were the most wonderful hospitable and generous hosts ever! All the extra homemade goodies shared were amazing and the accommodations were perfectly suited to our needs. We had all the cookware, dishes and utensils needed and the view was great for outside socializing also. Their helpful advice and interactions made us feel at home and like leaving family when our we had to depart. The location was perfect for seeing sites in the north as well as even the coastal areas. We will definitely stay here again if we return and highly recommend to others who come !!! Shalom, blessings, and love ❤️ to you both !!!

Beautiful views Lovely hosts.
This apartment in Tzfat is a gem. It’s modest but has everything you need and extremely clean. Every bedroom has a small full bathroom! It was so nice to have a glass of wine in the back yard with beautiful views of The Sea of Galilee and the town of Tiberias. Ruthie greeted us and showed us around the place. She was easy to talk to. She answered all of our questions about the area from history to restaurants. If for no other reason, which they are many, stay for Ruthies homemade Israeli breakfast. It was AMAZING!! Thank you for hosting us so last minute Ruthie & Avi.

great location and convenient apartment
great location with the views; convenient apartment on the first floor where owner lives on the second floor. Completely separate entrance, kitchen, common area, bedrooms with build-in baths for each of 3 bedrooms. For a separate payment they provided breakfast - absolutely worth it. Great stay.

Haven on Earth
Haven on Earth at the Mahler guesthouse is so close to Heaven on Earth. We stayed for four nights and experienced what true hospitality is. The Mahler's have a gift of it. They are attentive to every need and Ruthi is an amazing cook with great attention to quality as she prepares all her dishes from scratch right down to the juice and cooked coffee. AMAZING! The home is perfect for small groups as we hosted a local couple for dinner one evening that we cooked in our rental's kitchen. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and are very comfortable. The upstairs rooms, complete with small kitchenettes, come with a view from their own balconies. The most beautiful attraction of the villa is the patio area that overlooks the whole Sea of Galilee below. It was our groups favorite gathering place in the evening and morning accompanied by coffee, of course!. Access to the whole surrounding area is easy and local shopping is available as well. We will definitely be returning to this Haven on Earth!

Viel Platz und schöne Terrasse
Sehr nette Gastgeber. Toller Ausblick. Viel Platz für mehrere Paare. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto da die nächste Stadt zu Fuß nicht erreichbar ist.

Great stay in the Galilee Area
We had a great time in Safed, our group's base in exploring the Galilee area. Thanks to Ruthi and her husband Avi for allowing us to stay in her wonderful home! We enjoyer her healthy breakfast and even brought some when we did our day trips exploring the area. Ruthi even allowed us to pick some guavas from her guava tree in the backyard (I love guavas! -- Raul). Most importantly, conversing to local folks like Ruthi and Avi about Israel, its culture and its people allowed us to learn a lot. You cannot do that in hasty, organized tours where everything is in a hurry and does not allow too much interaction with local people, more so since packaged tours make you stay in big-box hotels where your interaction is mostly with you fellow tourists. Thank you very much, Ruthi and Avi.

Gorgeous views of the Sea of Galilee, clean, attentive hosts
We stayed with the Mahlers during the week of June 16-23rd 2018. We were a party of 6 ppl. The Mahlers gave us the entire floor that included 4bdrms and a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was very important to us. All the rooms even had an extra bed for a child. The rooms were clean and stocked with extra blankets and pillows. The outdoor patio has great views, has lots of trees and flowers and we loved spending our mornings enjoying the views and the patio. Both Ruthi and Avi are great, attentive and responsive hots. They replied to all my questions very quickly and were very helpful when we got there with planning certain activities we wanted to do. One of our luggages arrived they late and the Mahlers went out of their way to help with the issue. We had their breakfast one of the days we stayed there and it was very delicious, everything was homemade and made from scratch so i highly recommend it! They even did some of our laundry for us which we greatly appreciated since we were there for two wks and didn't want to bring too much with us. I highly recommend the Mahlers and Thank you Ruthi and Avi for letting us stay with you and making our experience so enjoyable!!

We enjoyed Larisa and her family's visit. They stay for a week and our place was a center of their travel in this area. It was interesting talking to them and we hope to see them soon again in Israel.

A Wonderful Place to Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at the Mahler's apartment. The place was huge. We were a group of 7 with tons of filming equipment. It had many beds, bathrooms and a stocked kitchen. The Mahler's were very friendly. If you want to visit Galilee--this is the place to stay. It was conveniently located to Tiberius and the Golan Heights. I would definitely stay here again. If you are a large group, I would encourage you to explain your situation to the Mahler's. They can even make more room available for you!

Great home for large families
We were 9 adults, which is a tough ask yet Villa Mahler made it happen. The home was large, we had lots of beds and bathrooms for everyone as well as a fully stocked kitchen to cook for 9 and a large living room with plenty of space to accommodate dining and lounging. The Mahlers were great. Responded quickly during the booking process, accommodated requests and even opened up another room for us, without charge, when we realised the bed arrangements were not going to work as most of us were over 6ft tall. They are friendly hosts and oh ... the views are insane. recommended.

Great place to stay near Tzfat!
Great experience! Ruthi and Avi were so nice. The place was very clean and comfortable, with a great view of the kineret. The breakfast that Ruthi made daily was delicious! I highly recommend this place to stay in the north of Israel.

Excellent Place to stay
This place was great. The owners were very friendly and they made us feel at home. This was home to me and my family. The house is big and spacious with free WI-FI. The breakfast was homemade and was delicious. I miss everything about the place. I truly recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel at home in a foreign land.

Lovely, thoughtful hosts
Ruthi and Avi are exceptional hosts! We stayed for 4 nights in their lovely suite with 3 adults and 3 children. Ruthi and avi made sure we were welcomed upon arrival and had everything we needed. They offered advice as to where to go and what to see. We really enjoyed getting to know them. But most of all, ruthi's homemade breakfast spread was delicious! Something new every day, and always something the kids would like. We highly recommend staying at the Mahler's guest house if you're headed to the north of Israel.

Best Experience Ever on a Website Like This
Quite simply, this was the best experience that I’ve had using a website to make a home rental. Ruthi was absolutely amazing. She was extremely easy to communicate with prior to my arrival and she was extremely accommodating that my group was arriving later than we had initially told her. When we arrived, there was fresh fruit and food waiting for us. We spent our first night talking to Ruthi about what we should do in the area. DO THIS – she is an expert in the area and will be able to provide you extremely beneficial insight. For the breakfast – this is a must. The only thing that was more delicious than her food was Ruthi herself  I hope to be back soon. Adam
