The hotel's accommodations and services were of the highest caliber. The staff exhibited exemplary professionalism and provided exceptional assistance. The breakfast area was meticulously organized, clean, and well-maintained. The only issue encountered was a malfunctioning outdoor pool heater, which unfortunately prevented me from utilizing the pool facility due to the cold weather conditions. Aside from this minor inconvenience, I highly recommend this hotel.

Customer services not good, you still can smell cigarettes smoking in the room. We asked for more towels and the response was that the guest need to bring down the old towels and take the new ones which doesn’t make sense, the customer should receive what they need without leaving their rooms.

Hotel looks fine from outside but when you’re inside it’s a different story. First of all the front desk clerk was half asleep and without any customer service skills. No greetings, but grumpy! The escalator had sharp skunk smell and dirty. No refrigerator or microwave asked for it but was refused. Breakfast is not recommended. Cereal and milk smelled rotten. The attendant in the breakfast area didn’t look clean enough to serve guests. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Never again.
The accommodations were older but clean. The room was very small. The heater kept making a wailing noise all night. The gentleman at the front desk charged my credit card twice for incidentals. Now I’m out $300 for the weekend. The breakfast choices only consisted of waffles and mediocre coffee. The neighborhood was in the boonies so it was a little sketchy.

I booked this for 3 nights bc recent review said they recently renovated and is clean. I let the front desk know so too when I checked in but he somehow gave me an old room. Carpet was dirty and stink, bugs on ceiling, bed that sag and sink deep. After the 1st night, I requested a room transfer, it was way cleaner, wood floor, better mattresses. Make sure you don’t get carpet room, it stinks of urine and harsh chemicals. Expected some noises (I don’t mind) since it’s near freeway. Rude manager but friendly staff.

I had to talk to the manager and he was very friendly and understanding. But the lady at the front disk is very rife and inconsiderate of customer service skills. I also had a hard time getting the room from the third part Expedia.com but the manager corrected it hopefully I won’t be paying twice.

Upon arrival we were required to pay a $150 deposit. That was never disclosed at booking. The hotel claimed it was to make sure no one smoked or caused damage. The room was run down. Flooring in bathroom was coming up. Some man was drunk rolling around in his underwear in the hallway and then tried to open our door.

We will be back!!!
Older hotel but they are remodeling. Clean, slept well. Staff is amazing!!!! Had a tv remote problem and they gave me a discount without asking. I felt it wasn’t a big deal. No microwave or fridge in some rooms, but they have a microwave downstairs for customers to use., vending and an ice machine. Worked great. Not noisy but near I5. They also make your waffle for you in the morning. Definitely will come back.

The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. From everyone at the front desk who I interacted with, to the continental breakfast server in the morning. I wasn't expecting any kind of service being that it was a budget hotel, but the staff pleasantly surprised me and went above and beyond. Kat served us our continental breakfast and was incredibly friendly and helpful!! She made our stay special. I will definitely be back!

This is a fair hotel for the price. The hotel grounds, building, and room was clean. The bed was terribly uncomfortable with basically only a sheet on the bed. Parking is fair to be honest, the back parking lot was closed for renovations so I parked on the street during my stay. With that being said, I don’t think anyone would appreciate the paving company’s employee standing directly in front of your window while they work all day but realistically it happens. The walls are thin. You will be able to hear whatever video your neighbor is playing on their phone and the lady above you walking back and forth for hours while you are thinking to yourself what could they possibly be doing? The staff was friendly and I do like that there is only one entrance where you have to use your key to get in at night.

I am always so worried when traveling that I'll arrive at my hotel, and it'll be dirty and grimy. People who travel know what I mean. It's always a gamble. But, this hotel is spotless. I mean it. The bathrooms were immaculate. It was so clean. So just that alone is like 10/10. Anyways, they have a continental breakfast, which is so nice. They also have coffee, tea & cocoa complimentary 24/7 which is awesome. If you happen to run into the employee Marketta, I think she is a manager.. she is so efficient, kind and helpful. I appreciated her during my stay. I really enjoyed staying here. If you want a clean place for a great price. This is it.
