There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and the couch pulls out to a very comfortable queen-sized bed. Plenty of nice cotton linen, blankets and towels.

It is a short walk to the UC Davis Medical Center, Shriner’s Children’s Hospital, and shops and restaurants in historic East Sacramento and Oak Park. Easy access to major freeways and a short drive (~10 minutes) to Midtown, downtown and the Capitol.

Perfectly equip for both short and long-term stays. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals at home—new Cuisinart pots and pans, baking trays, sharp knife set, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, basic cooking oils, condiments, and spices, etc. Brand new stone counter tops.

There is very fast internet and dedicated work space with a monitor for remote/nomadic workers.

Two mini splits, one in the living room and one in the bedroom to ensure a comfortable temperature throughout the house.

Parking in this area of town can be tight, however, plenty of free parking is available here. Guests can securely park their car in the gated drive way in front of the home in the patio area, in the drive way outside of the gate, and there is also street parking.
