« Steps to Sapa Sun Station. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is to order and delicious. Had beef pho every morning and some of the best in Sapa. Laundry turned around quickly and neatly folded and perfect. Stayed in huge deluxe room 404 with private balcony and extra bedroom. Theres a terrific Vietnamese fusion restaurant at the bottom of the (steep) incline. Highly recommend. »

« Our stay in Sapa Garden Hotel was amazing. The room with view over the montain was super clean. All the staff was very cute and gentle during our 2 days stay. The breakfast was very tasty and generous The location is perfect, close to every Sapa's hotspots Thank you for your tremendous hosting »

« Knowing that this was a newly opened hotel, we expected some quirks and ongoing improvements. But it is easy to see that this place is special and that the management and team from the manager, to reception to room attendants are well trained, very professional and eager to please. The location above the main sapa square is very convenient, yet away from the hectic energy around the square. Overall Sapa was a very pleasant experience and I can highly recommend both the city and this new resort....

« COLD. The windows and doors were open all the time. It was always cold throughout the building. No working restaurant. Elevator does not go to all floors. Staff was friendly. Outlets were an issue. Door had several large cracks. We had hot water. Bathroom vented to another room. It would be very easy to film or watch someone from there. The spa smelled dank and was unclean. It was staffed by people who arrived from other facilities. Their skills were untrained. Laundry service was fast and...

« I stayed here for a night. The staff was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved all my issues. The views were absolutely stunning other hotels would easily charge double the price for scenery like this. Highly recommended! »

« Chambre spacieuse, calme Petit bémol pour l’isolation thermique à revoir Excellent petit déjeuner »

« Nice place to stay. 5 minutes from everything so more quiet at night . Rooms cleans . Staff are very gentle »
