« This was a great stay. highly recommended. You can walk to a wonderful park and also walk to get lobster rolls that are fantastic. The view out the back was a highlight to us as much as being able to see the ocean from the deck. Quiet, beautiful and overall a perfect stay. You won't be disappointed »

« We had such a great time at Sunset Paradise. It has a great location with wonderful views, a bit of privacy, and a cozy, fun house. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras you could need. Everything was maintained well, clean, and in good order. Plum Island was wonderful as well, we will be back someday. Highly recommend this gem of a place. »

« My family and I stayed one night in this fabulous house. It was absolutely perfect. It was walking distance to the downtown, which was exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I enjoyed coffee together in the morning while listening to the record played and reading those adorable husband & wife “little books”. What a perfect addition. We will definitely be back! »

« Collin's apartment was the perfect home base for exploring the charming town of Newburyport. We absolutely fell in love with the area, and this flat provided an ideal location to experience everything this wonderful coastal community has to offer.Collin proved to be an excellent host throughout our stay. « What a perfect little piece of heaven. This was a girls only trip and the patio was perfect for drinking wine and late night conversations. Very peaceful and quiet. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. It is absolutely adorable. I highly recommend. »

« The house was just as pictured. We loved the second floor deck for happy hour and views of the ocean. All conveniences were there. Beds were comfy; linens generous. Dining table was big enough for our family of seven. »

"Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. Le personnel est accueillant, la chambre est propre et confortable, le terrain ombragé et bien entretenu. Le bbq et les tables a pique nique permettent de se préparer de bons repas. L internet par contre n est pas fiable. Je n ai pas été capable non plus d ouvrir les fenêtres pour chasser l odeur d humidité et aérer la chambre. Malgré ceci, je reviendrais car l établissement est bien tenu. "
