Charming and delightful
What a delightful experience staying at this charming yet uniquely boutique hotel. The comfort surpassed expectations, and the hospitality of the owners was exceptional. The culinary delights were truly impressive. Additionally, the events and cinema nights added a special touch should you be a local resident, loved this concept. . Located conveniently in Ruthin, it's the perfect spot for those attending events at the castle.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Characterful old building with smart individual decor. Great food for breakfast and dinner. Lovely views across to clwydian hills from our room. Two minutes walk from town square.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with individually designed and comfortable rooms in the middle of a lovely town within easy reach of lots of lovely walks or days out. The reason we've stayed there four times now is the warmth of the welcome and quality of the hospitality. The food is exceptionally good quality and excellent value for money. You should dine in the restaurant at least once during your stay. There's a nice little bar that's perfect for a relaxing drink. Gavin and Chris are very accommodating and welcoming. Can't recommend Manorhaus highly enough.

We stayed just one night here as we were touring North Wales. Our room was lovely, really comfortable and spacious. We were given a free parking permit for a car park that was just a couple mins walk away. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and beautifully presented. We loved it and cant recommend the Manorhaus Ruthin enough.

Found it a bit strange to have been sent an email with a PIN number to use to get entry into the hotel, a couple arrived at the same time and couldn’t get the door lock to work, fortunately it worked for me! It wasn’t clear from the instructions that the room key and door tag would be in the room but we soon found the room door open with the key and car park pass in the room so all was well, over the two night stay we didn’t see any staff which felt a little strange but didn’t cause any problems. Enjoyed our stay and was very happy with the room etc. would recommend and stay again if needed

Very clean and lovely room to stay in. Nice touch having ground coffee in the rooms. Would highly recommend. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway
The hotel was lovely, decor is pretty and modern but still in keeping with the town. Our room had been recently renovated and was beautiful! The facilities are really good and parking was less than a minute walk away. The shower had really good pressure and the added touches of cotton buds etc in the bathroom made the stay extra comfortable. The mattress was really comfy as well! All of the staff were lovely, Chris was really helpful and friendly!

A gem in north wales, a must stay!
Brilliant stay, the team at Manorhaus were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to make sure the stay was the best it possibly could be. After spending a lot of time travelling in hotels across the country, this gem in Ruthin really does stand out as one of the best places to stay. Not to mention the food is great, will be staying again for sure!

Nice and comfy stay in a quiet town
The hotel is very nice and artfully decorated located in a quiet town. Very comfy and clean. There is a parking space nearby but if you have a big luggage it might not be so convenient to carry along.

A contemporary hotel in a convenient location
We had an enjoyable stay at Manorhaus. We liked that it was conveniently located in the heart of Ruthin town centre, the decor was contemporary and thoughtful, and our room was spotlessly clean. The owners were very friendly and welcoming too. However, there was some room for improvement. For example, the breakfast isn't included in the room rate which doesn't constitute great value for money, and the garden surrounding the hotel could've done with a little TLC.

Very friendly very accommodating, happy to help, breakfast was beautiful plenty to choose from, close to many bars, pubs takeaways and only a short walk from the castle.
