« Me and my girlfriend wanted a weekend away close by and chose Ruthin. We saw the Feathers which was very close to the centre. We booked two nights. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown our room and the amenities. It was only then I realized I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom. « Un séjour reposant dans ce petit hotel familial, où tout le monde est aux petits soins. Nous étions dans une chambre en annexe avec entrée indépendante, comme presque toutes les chambres apparemment. Parking facile dans la cour devant les chambres. Très beau petit jardin. Chambre petite mais bien décorée et confortable, on a apprécié le plateau thé/café et les gâteaux et chocolats, et les mouchoirs en papier à disposition. La salle de bains est d'une propreté remarquable et très bien aménagée....

« Its not a hotel it was a building site. We got asked by email what time we were arriving so told them 5pm got to the house building site. The door was unlocked opened it and yes a building site. So checked my emails again to see a email saying to find somewhere else as they had doubled booked i think that was a nice way of saying we are a building site. Took over an hour on the phone the next day to get a refund of hotels.com »
