Pour une nuit en allant sur nashville ! Bien dans l ensemble! Baignoire bouchée . Peu de choix au petit déjeuner, une seule sorte de pain ! Piscine fermée bien dommage car très chaud en cette période

The staff was very nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Entry access system and door knob needs an overhaul & update. Shower head and valve update. Too much flow pressure, valve leaking in room 303.

This seems to be an older property, but it is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They take great effort in making their breakfast offering as good as it can be. It does not appear there are a lot of good lodging options in this area, but this one is convenient and well-maintained.

It's set snug in the back of a lot. It's a clean and spacious with friendly staff. The parking lot isn't that well lit at night. I'll stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Properly needs updating, but staff was outstanding, and helped accomodate 3 small children. I couldn't ask for more. It is the nicest hotel in this area.

Pretty normal hotel. The last checking us in was much older and down right rude. Extremely slow and only spoke of she absolutely had to. My wife asked when the breakfast would be over the next morning, she just kept repeating when it started. My wife said, thank you but when does it end, the last just kept repeating the start time. We tried to smile and be friendly but she wasn't having it. Too close to death I guess, you would think she would be trying to get into heaven not out of it. Rest of the staff was nice, polite and helpful. Just the one bad apple.

Our stay at the Best Western Plus Russellville Hotel & Suites was good. The room was clean and quiet. We were not disturbed by cleaning people when we didn't want to be. One of the Queen sized mattresses had a huge crater in the middle of it, but once reported, the management responded immediately and offered another room for the remainder of our stay. Overall a positive experience.

Hi there, The room appeared to be clean although a large bug was present on the top of the bed frame. Also the shower had pink bacteria around the drain. The shower also did not drain efficiently, making the person stand in water. The air conditioning unit also rattled a bit making an annoying noise.

The manager was horrible! We didn’t have water in the shower! Had to go to another room to take a shower. Didn’t offer a discount or a complimentary room or price for the next stay. Nothing just like it was my problem

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that we did not exceed your expectations. We apologize for whatever caused you to be without hot water during your stay. Our front desk clerk did relay the message to our maintenance department and they did research it. Unfortunately, we were unable to determine any issues as it was giving us hot water at that time. I am not sure what caused just your room to be without hot water but we are very sorry for the inconvenience. We hope you will give us another opportunity to better serve you in the future.

I had everything I needed for a weekend stay. Keurig and Green Mountain coffee in the room was a huge bonus. Breakfast was good with plentiful options.

Everything was wonderful except the toilet paper. So thin you could read a newspaper through it. However, with the economy the way it is, I completely understand being cost effective!

The hotel was ok. Not sure what the "Plus" was for. Had problems with the TV/remote and the desk did not have any replacement batteries. Breakfast was just OK.
