The Treehouse at Elk Ridge has two covered balconies to choose from. The main floor balcony is ideal for sipping your morning coffee while nestled amongst the pines. It is connected to a wrap-around porch. The upper balcony is the perfect place to take in the panoramic sunset view, just off the enormous primary suite. After all, this is what you come to Ruidoso for ― peace and quiet, and mountain views.

Conveniently located in White Mountain Estates, and within walking distance of the Links at Sierra Blanca Golf Course, and the White Mountain Recreational Complex, with its jogging paths and all the activities at the park. You’ll find that the wildlife also loves this neighborhood. Wild deer and elk are often seen around the house, while herds of wild horses graze nearby.

A beautiful, fully equipped kitchen is complete with granite countertops, and everything you’ll need to prepare meals when dining in ― including the gas grill located just off the kitchen.  Enjoy your meal at the six-person wooden dining table in the kitchen, as well as in the formal dining room with its quartz-topped wet bar, or bring it out to the covered patio to dine al fresco at the glass-topped table surrounded by pine trees and solitude.

At nearly 2000-square feet the home has enough space to comfortably sleep six adults. There are Four Smart TVs equipped with Samsung TV (featuring live news, movies, children’s channels, and more) or easily log in to your personal streaming services. The living room has a gas fireplace adding a cozy feel in cooler months. While air conditioning and ceiling fans keeps you comfortable in warmer ones.
