« We love the hotel’s Art Deco/contemporary luxury design, making it a truly unique and beautiful property. A lot of thought goes into every aspect from the impressive reception lobby to the luxurious bed linen. « The property is awesome and the pool and facilities are fantastic. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed but we found the set up a little different with the sink at the end of hallway. It is shown in the photos but just felt a bit peculiar in real life, can’t really explain why! E loved the rest of the apartment though and the beds are super comfy. »

« Manque de professionnalisme du personnel du restaurant Lit ( grand lit!) trop petit »

« Bon rapport qualité prix. Seul petit bémol : l'isolation des fenêtres. Nous étions au 11 étages mais on entendait parfaitement le bruit de la circulation comme si on était dehors. Chambre très spacieuse et très confortable. »

« Since there isn’t daily room service, the unit should provide broom and other cleaning tools. Water filter should be provided too. Need improvement in cleanliness. The floor feels sticky. No tissue paper provided for living room. »

« The staff is very nice but you need give RM100 Cash deposit to check in. The deposit will refund upon check if no damage on the room or spilt any stuffs in the room. There will remind you via whatapp on delay on check out for an hour charge you RM50 »

« The staff was very friendly and helpful that made our stay comfortable. There was McD just behind the hotel which was convenient to grab some food. »

« The room is clean and their staff were very helpful, e.g find a room near to lift lobby when they found out my mum has mobility issues. Special mention to the malay male staff who is on morning shift during our stay. »

« Chambre propre et spacieuse. Nous avons apprécié les produits mis a disposition. Le petit dejeuner manquait de chocolat mais autrement il y a du choix mais je doute de la qualité des jus (chimiques). »

« Host responded promptly. Unit was well cleaned & maintained. Location is good. Excellent value. Will come back again to stay with Vendor when back to Ipoh. Strongly recommended. 👍 »
