« We’ve stayed here for years and it’s always been convenient, comfortable and friendly. Apparently the former owner sold, and now the room check in is all done virtually, which we’ve not had to deal with before. It was a surprise at check in to have no front desk, and nobody on site to assist. We had to initiate a zoom like call for help getting keys. The remote agent was helpful and we got keys, and it worked ok. She was in Canada. I’d rather deal with a local, on site manager and have some...

« Staff were very helpful and the property was good for what we needed. First morning breakfast was quite good but didn’t have the same items the next 2 mornings. Certain items weren’t replenished after they ran out. So you might want to get to breakfast early. »

« Nicest Staff by far... out of numerous hotels weve stayed at in MN in the last month! Their leinient, friendly, dont bother you, super kind, super helpful. Wonderful people who are dog friendly , yet clean and professional at the same time! We would highly recomend this hotel! »
