« Very quaint and private, cottage is surrounded by oaks and a fence/hedge blocking the street. Interior was perfectly clean, new fresh towels and linens. King mattresses were too firm but the pillows were wonderfully soft, and there were firmer pillows available. Bathroom is tiny, not enough counter space, but it is fresh, new and shower tile appears brand new. There was some rattling of the bedroom windows in the middle of the night, had to use my earplugs when it woke me up. Very natural...

« We stayed here for Presiden't day weekend and it was really great - you can not beat the location, right on the beach and close to downtown Montecito. You can also walk to the Rosewood, which is just gorgeous. We got a day pass for the pool one day and walked down from the bungalow. The only critique I would have is get rid of the 1-ply toilet paper! For a place this nice (and expensive) I would appreciate a nicer toilet paper experience ;) We will definitely come back! »

« My dad and I attended my cousin's wedding. The location of the home was great. The only issues I had but did not affect our stay was that the door lock did not work when we were leaving and parking was a small issue. My dad can't walk that far and if parking wasn't available outside the front gate we had to work around that issue. But most of the time parking was available. Communication with the owner was great and the owner was responsive. We enjoyed our stay. »

« Beautiful home, great location. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, utensils etc. made cooking a breeze. Bathrooms and bedrooms were well appointed with quality bedding and towels. Walkable to beach as well as restaurants cafe and drugstore. The hot tub and cold plunge were a hit. As well as tvs. Indoor and outdoor tvs allowed fans to keep up with sports while being together. Ping pong and other games were attractive but never got to them The weather was just too beautiful and we enjoyed...
