De l’extérieur un peu décevant, beau hall mais bar en travaux , la moitié des ascenseurs en panne. Bon petit déjeuner et très bonne literie Cet hôtel devrait être réhabilité (pas seulement le bar mais les parties communes en général).La chambre était assez agréable.

Très bon séjour
Bel hôtel très bien situé à 2pas du Polynesian Spa et du lac, à 5min du governements gardens et du plein centre ville. Le Spa et la piscine chauffée de l’hôtel ont bien plu aux enfants, le petit déjeuner buffet à 18dollars est bien fourni. Très bon hôtel, J’y reviendrai certainement.

La chambre est relativement correcte mais peut faire mieux. Une superbe piscine couverte mais presque inaccessible (entrain de la nettoyer, laisser car ils doivent installer les tables près de la piscine pour la soirée, ils font quelques choses au bar ...)

Great staff! No problem to do an early check-in and very fun ladies to talk to. Will definitely stay here again. Room was a bit outdated but very spacious and functional. Nice indoor pool!

Pleasant stay but more for adults only not really for kids Staff are friendly and welcoming, clean property and warm, rooms are a bit of a distance away from reception/entrance so it was quiet a walk to get to the room and gutted that the spa is only for over 16year olds as needed it for recovery for my son who played at the league tournament other than that it was good, the bed was perfect and the bathroom was spacious thank u for your stay

We unfortunately do not allow under 16s in our hot tubs due to a health and safety concern as they are 40 degrees celcius. We had a nice stay. Very convenient. Clean room. Comfy bed, the most comfortable of our stay in NZ! Balcony room was updated. The smells was pretty bad outside so didn't use the balcony but i wanted a nicer room so it was worth it. The a/c would turn off in the middle of the evening on us. The entire hotel staff is so kind and helpful. Walkable to everything in town.

Lovely hotel. Our room was clean and the furnishings are in good condition. Beds were comfortable and the place was quiet. Shower was good too. My kids really enjoyed the heated pool. Please consider changing the conditioning shampoo in the bathroom as it is not very good. We really enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely stay again 🙂

This is a nice hotel with a great location and we had good views of the lake. The equipment in the gym needs to be repaired! Overall, a good experience with easy parking!

Great place- excellent service, great balcony view, pool and spa lovely, bed was amazingly comfortable. Some hair missed from the previous bathroom clean and the tv channel options limited with no guide we couldn't plan what to watch, other than that I couldn't fault it.

Nothing worked, they were loading a skip right outside our window and thought this was ok but worst of all was the breakfast, a disgrace.

The Millennium Hotel Rotorua provided my wife and I a quiet relaxing room (home away from home) to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Centrally located near shopping, eateries and recreational facilities. Happy to recommend.
