Nous étions 4 adultes . Il nous a été attribué une chambre avec 1lit double et 2 lits simples. Il y avait une porte de communication avec la chambre voisine. Ceux qui étaient proches de la porte entendait ce qui se passait à côté, sans que cela soit gênant car les voisins étaient discrets. En week-end de Pâques, l'hotel était plein, la piscine chauffée pleine d'enfants. L'hôtel est proche des restaurants. Par contre, il est nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule pour se rendre aux principales attractions touristiques ou centres commerciaux pour le shopping.

The bed was very comfortable. Seating poor- only 3 metal chairs & no comfortable seating at all!!! I am thin & had to use a pillow sit on & rest my back or sit on the bed!! The shower was good. The car park space allocated to the unit was outside a different unit! I would not choose to stay there again.

Great place, nice pool and spa. The room was bigger and better than I imagined. The spa had to be filled in, turned on and emptied to be clean before actually using it.

Comfy bed and pillow, tidy bathroom, nice to have an outdoor spa atatched to the room and the swimming pool was good for the weather temperature. The only thing we did not like was the heat. The room got extremely hot from the sun especially during the sunset. Night was horribly hot as well with only one fan in the entire unit. 2 fans would be great. One for the room and one in the dining/ lounge area.

Loved the heated pool and surrounding area. Easy access off main highway. Courtyard area outside thw unit was a bonusvthough could do with some tender loving care re gardens and lawn.

We loved that the accommodation was not far from town. It was quiet. Easy allocated parking. Loved that we had ur private out the room spa. The issues we had was with our bed being way too hard. We stayed for 3 nights and both hubby and i had sore back and shoulders the entire time. The toiler was very hard to flush and most importantly our 3 yr old was very upset with the outdoor heated pool being overly hot close to 38°c. We booked the accommodation specifically for the ourdoor pool but it was way too hot even for the adults.

Our room was nice and well equipped, beds were comfortable with good quality linen. Motel is conveniently located in the heart of Rotorua. We enjoyed our time there.

I liked the meet&greet(even though there was a small mis-communication).The surroundings were pleasant.Unsure about the safety,as we had to use our key to get in1 door?,but the other exit door was wide open.Leaven us(guests) warey of whos in th corridors upon entry into room.Price wise,worth it..comfortability,perfect..would definitly Reccomend.

I was asked to show a photo ID during check in. Whilst a bit unusual, I was happy to do that. However, I was shock when the staff took a photocopy of my passport. I yelled, she replied it was the company policy. Finally she gave me the photocopy without keeping it. Was this act legitimate?

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Some of the walls could’ve done with a wipe (particularly in the bathroom), but the room was generally clean and had everything we needed for our short family holiday. We enjoyed the private spa and the staff were friendly and helpful.

ok was running late to check in after 8pm rang in, told them whats up they where good with that, motel was sooo homely oniss, the pool was a dream, such a safe and comfy motel with cleaniss to the Teeee! would be going back nect time im back in ROTORUA and the prices was reasonable thank you

Our stay was short. Only 1 night with friendly staff however the property is overdue for a freshen up. Our room was very basic with a comfortable bed. The room needed blockout curtains as the current ones let light into the room and it was hard to sleep with so much light.
