Each house has its own fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living, so groups can be together or have their own space. House One adds a second lounge with a Murphy wall bed and a covered outdoor area.



- OUTDOOR AREA -

A private spa pool on the covered deck, a BBQ and a covered outdoor area - great for parties or just hanging out. Both houses open to the garden.



- LAUNDRY & PARKING -

Both houses have full laundry rooms with washing machines and dryers. A double garage plus off-street parking.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive use of the entire property - both houses and all the amenities, including the spa pool, BBQ, garages and gardens. Fast WIFI throughout.



The Neighborhood:

All Together sits in the peaceful Springfield suburb, one of the closest neighbourhoods to the Redwoods. The Whakarewarewa Forest mountain bike trails are minutes away and easy to ride to, the Commercial Travellers (CT) Club is 300m from the door for a casual meal or a swim, and Rotorua's geothermal attractions, Te Puia, the lakefront and Polynesian Spa are all a short drive. Cafes, restaurants and shopping are close by.



Getting Around:

Free parking on site, including a double garage. A car makes the most of Rotorua - it is about 2 minutes to Te Puia, 10 to the Redwoods, Polynesian Spa and lakefront, 12 to Skyline Gondola & Luge, and 15 minutes to Rotorua Airport. Central Rotorua is around 5 to 10 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

All Together is the two houses - All Good and All Inn - booked as one for larger groups; they can also be booked individually. Fast WIFI throughout, and the private spa pool sits on the covered deck.
