Very nice historical building right in the city. Hosts were very gracious. Rooms were well appointed, and the breakfast was delicious. We will stay here again on our next trip to this beautiful city.

Elegant!!!
Charming hotel inside the old fortification. Atencious staff and great breakfast. The observation is that my room was in the third floor with stairs and they did not have staff to help with the luggages.

Buen lugar donde alojarse. El personal super amable y con aparcamiento justo en la puerta. Está a la entrada del casco antiguo asi que no hay que callejear mucho con el coche. La habitación, al menos la individual, pequeña pero con cama cómoda. Lo malo.....el cuarto de baño, es muy pequeño. El desayuno es algo corto de variedad. Si eres de los que saquean los buffets, no es para ti. Y el hotel no tiene ascensor, asi que toca subir el equipaje a pulso. Si estas cosas no son imprescindibles es un hotel recomendable.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden herzlich bei unserer Ankunft begrüßt. Sehr zentral direkt in der Altstadt, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Gerne wieder!

Our stay was enjoyable and parking is very easy. It is a short walk into the centre of the village and a very nice cafe is just down the street. Can't wait to come back!

If you are expecting something new and updated, don't stay here. We enjoyed the experience of staying in a quaint, well-maintained inn. I would caution anyone staying here to be mindful of the check-in time. I made the mistake of not making note of the 6:00 check-in, and as a result, the person working had to stay until we got there. She did so, but I know it was a terrible inconvenience to her, and I and my family felt terrible. Also of note is there is no elevator. If you have someone in your family who can't climb stairs, this might be difficult for them.

We were three in our party and the room we stayed in was perfect. Separate second bedroom was great. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was very nice. We parked right across the street from the hotel, for a small fee. Adorable little town with lots of shopping and the hotel was right near an entrance to the wall. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in touring this area.

You can't beat the location! It is within the city's walls, and you can walk anywhere from there. The breakfast was excellent. There was even (limited) parking available! The room was small, there's no elevator, and the bed was low (and a little hard for my preference), but overall, it was an amazing stay - and such a beautiful town!

Awesome location inside of city walls with parking across the street. The breakfast was excellent and our check-in experience was great, even though we were running late. Great value!

Das Breiterle ist ein schönes Hotel und ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Rothenburg zu besichtigen. Es liegt innerhalb der Stadtmauer am Rödertor. Alle, die dort arbeiten, sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich.

Parking was right across the street, 5 minute walk to town center. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. The only negative was that it’s located right next to one off the towers so we heard the traffic which started at 5am, however we did have the window open. We would still highly recommend.

The property was in a traditional building and very conveniently located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good. The only real downside was that our window was over a street that was unexpectedly very busy and noisy. Because it was so hot we needed to keep the window open and the traffic noise kept us up most of the night.

Hotel Zum Breiterle made our time in Rothenburg perfect. Hotel is within easy walking distance of the main train station, located within the walls of the historic town, clean, nicely furnished and decorated, excellent desk staff, excellent traditional German breakfast. Excellent place to stay while experiencing the amazing historic town of Rothenburg.
