Superbe chambre avec des poutres au plafond, bon accueil, déjeuner avec oeufs, saucisses. Très satisfaits de tout.

Dans la moyenne
Au départ la chambre ne m'a pas trop plu (mansardée, un peu datée...). Heureusement qu'on était tranquilles au fond, car la route est tout de même passagère. Les chambres donnent sur des coursives (pas d'ascenseur). Elles ont été rénovés car l'ensemble ne fait pas très récent. Il n'y a pas de piscine. Les lits ne sont pas très larges. Le petit-déjeuner est dans les normes attendues. Le wifi était faible. Il y a quelques restaurants aux alentours.

The room didn’t look like the pictures online. Musty smell. It is clean & bathroom is newer update which I liked. Advertise a pool but it’s not open even tho it’s 90 degrees outside?! Office staff very nice.

You mentioned, it was 90 degrees outside but at night temperature drops down to 40s-50s. State of New Mexico does not allow us to open up our pool, if water temperature is below 70 degrees.

Didn’t have any issues. Other than I would not call this a hotel, but rather a motel. Your room exits to the outdoors. I didn’t notice this when I booked.

Heat was not on in the room when we arrived and it was 54 degrees in there. Water smells like sewer. Breakfast was not great - dried out eggs and half hard honey bun pastries. Just meh.

I have stayed at this location exclusively every time I come home, and usually it is a very excellent place to stay. This trip, however, it was not so good. The ice machine was out of order, you had to go to the front desk every time you wanted ice. it’s just not really sanitary, to me, considering we’re still struggling with so many illnesses…and very inconvenient for guest and employees. Breakfast was subpar, sadly. Usually it’s really good. The AC/heater unit the buttons are worn off and I had a heckuva time trying to find out how to get the heat on. The clerk did say it was their down season, so maybe that was it.

Dear Tempal Killman,I am sorry for the inconveniences you had with your stay. But with freezing temperature we cannot operate our ice machine during winter. If you want to check hygienicity of ice handling we would have showed you if you would have asked. Also we have rotation breakfast menu. And what we have during peak season we also have same/similar menu for slow season. Except during slow season we cook everything in small batches. We did let you know upon checkin that if you need anything please ask us, but you did not ask for help.

The room was very clean and quiet. We had a dog and they placed us in a room which was easy to get in and out. We also received a 10% discount to the Mexican restaurant next door. It was delicious! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The outside ice maker was not working so the desk clerk went back to the kitchen to get us some ice. I would stay here again. 😃
