« I liked the room, the location of the hotel. I liked that the owner brought us tea upon our arrival at the hotel. The facility was clean, spacious and it felt like home away from home. The owner's daughter Shauna, helped me tremendously as I unfortunately had a fall outside of the hotel and Shauna assisted me greatly with ice packs, special pain gel for my knee and also allowed me to have a lower level accommodation as it was difficult for me to manage the steps. Apres durant tout le sejour la chambre n est pas nettoyer ,la poubelle pas vider,dans le placard 1 cintre pas 2.Pas de lampe de chevet.. TV qu en Anglais, les frigos sont fatigués,. « Ma fille et moi avions passer un agréable séjour . J’ai voulu faire la fille découvrir la Dominique et la nature , les cascades. L’hôtel est bien placé . Heureusement qu’il y avait un restaurant à côté Nous avions pu prendre le petit déjeuné le dîner et le soupe . Le personnel est très gentille. »

Du coup, le matin les employés font beaucoup de bruit, on les entend faire la vaisselle, chanter… Pas de luminosité. « Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful.
