« Cons: Smell- the air freshener in the lobby was VERY strong. My son and I both are allergic to fragrance and had troubles with breathing, headache, and rashes because of this. We also had to use our own soaps, though we are used to this. A good rule of thumb is little to no artificial fragrance for those with asthma and allergies. Breakfast- was a little disappointing. « This was perhaps the worst stay I have ever had. Staff were aloof and unhelpful. No elevator. Room was "remodeled" and bed was adequate. Bathroom - DIRT came out of the tub and shower. There are two small drawers for clothing; no rack or hangers for hanging clothes, had to hang them on the chain for securing the door. BREAKFAST was a joke. Kleenex were given as napkins. A large jar of peanut butter and jam with shared utensils and frozen waffles, along with a gallon jug of shared milk...

« Overall, the room was clean which I very much appreciate. However, I don't think they bleach the linens or towels. There were visible stains on them and they looked dingy. Breakfast was the bare minimum. A good place for a brief stay where your main goal is a bed and a shower. I have stayed here before and it is likely I will stay again. »

« This hotel was one of the cleanest, quietest and nicest that I have ever stayed at. I thought it had been recently remodeled it was the clean and everything in working shape! Once in our room we never heard any noise from the hallway or other rooms. The room was great and clean! Great bathroom! Comfortable beds. Big tv with popular apps like Netflix. Bus to Mayo Clinic. I will be staying here again! The price was great too. All the staff was helpful and friendly. »

« Room Clean, Staff pleasant, Price was nice. Breakfast: not so good. Food cold, microwave was filthy, biskets burnt, Sausage gravy was small amount in a cold dish not heated. Dog turds in hallway. That used to be my favorite. »
