Hôtel bien situé, parking facile. mais la qualité du ménage est à revoir, la moquette n’est pas bien aspirée, ni lessivée. Nous avons retrouvé du pop corn au pieds du lit.

Lamentable
Hôtel avec la note de 9 et des poussiéreuses ce qui a orienté notre choix avec un prix très compétitif. En réalité un petit déjeuner comprenant 4 minuscules muffins encore surgelés pour la totalité des clients.du motel et également un pot de café sans lait. Ouverture prévue 7h00 en réalité 8h00.motel vieillot mais propre . Mobilier extérieur à moité détruit. Ne vaut pas la note de 9 la note exacte serai plus proche de 3. Très déçu de ce motel. En bordure de champ avec des odeurs de lisier.

Dear Guest, We are very sorry you were not happy with our Motel. As far as breakfast is concerned. We do not offer one nor we advertise about it. Complimentary Coffee & Pastry is offered from 7:30AM to 9:30AM. And we open lobby door at 7:30AM. As far as, field and manure odor is concern, you will smell it every where, after all it's Amish County. For your future stay, try our sister property Tru by Hilton. Thank you for your business and look forward to seeing at Tru by Hilton.

Needs to be updated. The housekeeping was terrible. Will not be staying here again. Been coming to this area of PA for the last 17 years for vacation and never had stayed in a place this bad or out of date.

Stayed there for onw night with my family. Dirty towels, couldn't taje a bath. Photos are away from what really you are going to see there. Not recommended for families. With 150 $ stay somewhere else.

Dear Melissa, Because they saw a dog in the car. An was told to watch to make sure no one takes animals in our rooms. We are a no pets allow on our property. First night when they clean the room they smell smoke in the room and you were in form of no smoking in the room so they watch out for us so people don't break the rules when we tell them the rules. We put the room on the housekeeper list if you left a do not disturb sign on the door and didn't take it down till later the housekeepers left you could have gotten the towels from the office. My family has been going to this motel for years. But the recent experience was subpar in regards to cleanliness. The towels, rugs, and bedsheets were stained and dirty. Very disappointed as we’ve even recommended this location to other loved ones. However, with the recent changes in management the quality of the rooms has decreased and we will not visit here again.

Very nice motel. Quiet and close to everything. Only 3 issues fridge didn’t get cold. TV had next to no channels and the were some stains on one of the beds. Would recommend.

Not only was the hotel dirty, smelly, and noisy. I was charged twice. They also argued with me saying I was not. The credit card statement doesn’t lie.

I liked the location. I had issues entering the room. The door would not open. Went back to the front desk to get a new key. It still didn’t work for me. Maintenance/housekeeping was called and he was able to get the door open, but I felt I couldn’t leave because I was not sure I would be able to get back in. I had only booked one night and had a bottle of water with me.

The Soudersburg Motel has an overly involved housekeeping staff who inquires about reservations as if they are front desk staff. It was peculiar, to put it politely. Also, the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

This hotel was very good for the price. An older building but well maintained and cared for. I would return here for another visit to the Lancaster, PA area. One of our favorite close by destinations.

Great small motel for an easy stay in Lancaster. It's definitely dated, but the service was great, it was clean, and check in was easy enough. Not a place you want to spend a ton of time in, but perfect for a place to sleep.
