« Typisch britisch, kleines Cottage , gemütlich .Nicht geeignet für ältere , da die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern sehr steil ist .Darauf sollte man achten …Ansonsten sehr schön , in der Nähe kann man gleich einkaufen und in wenigen Kilometern erreicht man rye , welches man unbedingt besuchen sollte . »

« We enjoyed our short break in excellent accommodation, which was perfect for our needs. Clearly a lot of thought had gone in to the accommodation and everything had been finished to a high standard. We would certainly stay there again if we are in the area and would recommend to anyone who is visiting East Sussex, an perfect base for many local National Trust places. »

« The stables was in an ideal location for exploring East Sussex and Kent with lots of nearby attractions. The White Hart inn next door is a family owned village pub with lots of character, good beer and food. The accommodation was ideal for a couple. The open kitchen /longe was very well equipped with the added bonus of French windows onto a small patio area with outside seating.
Very difficult to find any faults as is highly recommended we would certainly stay here again. »

« Our only negative is the location of the property on a major road... difficult to get out with the traffic. Otherwise this house is a gem and the reviews do it justice - spacious, well appointed, everything you need, great for visiting surrounding areas. Shame we came in winter and couldn't also enjoy the fabulous garden too! »

« We absolutely loved the house and the garden. The beds were super comfortable, and we greatly appreciated the many fruits and other food and drink offers. The only bad experience was we didn't receive the email with the code to the key box (which we didn't know existed), and so were expecting to be welcomed by a house manager, who happened to be away and with really bad reception. We spent a good 30 minutes with our kids in the rain, trying to figure out how to get in, and even thinking it was...
