Rome : Locations de vacances privées

« Liked how transit was close by. Amenities were as advertised. Although internet did not work properly until I myself discovered it was disconnected. AC was not working properly and did not seem like they were interested in trying to fix in person. They tried to troubleshoot with me remotely without success. Lucky we did not really need it. Did not like that subway was literally outside the front door. Trains going by all hours of the day, every 5-10 min, with only a small break between the...

« Une super surprise! « We had an outstanding stay at Marco’s apartment and would absolutely stay here again. From the moment we booked, Marco was incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful. He arranged our transportation from Roma Termini to the apartment and from the apartment to the cruise port, making travel with our family incredibly easy. His communication before and during our stay was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in an...

« We had problems with the Wi-Fi; it never worked. And more toilet paper. »

« We initially booked a different property, but they had over booked and switched us to one of their other properties at no additional cost which was great, but wants really the area we wanted to stay in. The place was nice and clean and within 20 min walking distance to most sites. A/C worked well. Our biggest complaints was checkout. We were promised late 2pm check out and at 10:30 cleaners showed up and refused to leave saying they were told to clean for the next guest. They entered the...

« Super séjour très bon rapport qualité prix. Emplacement parfait. Merci a Salvatore pour la location. »
